“Arif is a very competent mechanic. Absolutely knows his stuff. I don’t live local to Arif but I travel to see him as I trust his work. Had work carried out on my Exhaust and brakes on separate occasions. Would highly recommend. As seen in many reviews, he works on a lot of BMW’s, but I drive an Audi myself, to which he was very competent to work on. Had the right tools to hand. I’ll be coming here for any car work that is needed in future.”

“Chris you are the best mechanic I ever met. My Vauxhall Zafira was handle by 5 mechanics every time their diagnostics tell them to change mass sensor, throttle body, etc for the last 2 years spend lot of money on the parts and mechanic. One mechanic told me to drive with the engine on as Vauxhall is always like that. Finally one Romanian friend recommended Chris. I have not told him that I have used 5 mechanics before. I saw Chris checking the engine and told me one cap needs replacement. He kept for few hours and he fixed the engine light problem. Chris you are superb. I will recommend to others.”

“I had a clunking noise coming from the suspension and these guys investigated thoroughly before fixing it. A previous garage had told me it was the shocks (which is wasn't) without any investigation so would have lost that money. Would highly recommend them to anyone. “Cannot rate them highly enough! Having only owned Audi or BMW before, I was anxious about finding a reliable specialist near me for my first Mercedes. I found MercServices from google and decided to go with them based on their reviews. And safe to say they didn’t disappoint. My newly purchased CLK 350 was recently serviced and was only in need of an oil change and a fix for a squealing and weak parking brake. I also had a lot of general queries about CLKS and Mercedes. I spoke to Luke on the phone and he happily answered all of my questions to great detail. The oil change was carried out well and the parking brake only needed an adjustment. They also cleared out some historic engine diagnostic codes and gave the whole car a thorough inspection. I arrived just 20 minutes before the shop closed to collect my car and mentioned an issue I had with the clock of the car on the dash which could not be adjusted as the old navigation system removed. Luke instantly told me he would give it a go. While it didn’t work out because a CD was needed to do this and the shop was about to close, I highly rate their helpful and professional attitude. To summarise, In all my interactions with them, they were extremely professional, transparent and helpful. It’s clear that they know Mercedes cars inside out and their premises are also top notch. If you really look after your cars like me and have a Mercedes, look no further than MercServices.”

“The reception staff called me up to offer earlier MoT slots since they had some no-shows. So I was able to move my appointment to an earlier slot. When I arrived, I was well looked after with a coffee! I was also told about the Black Friday deal for the Halfords Motoring Club membership, which I could sign up for even though my MoT was in progress. Since the membership was cheaper than the MoT price, it was a no brainer to save £5!”
