“I did my shopping last night (10th September around 9:20 pm) and was assisted by a lady at the self-service kiosk. She was wearing glasses and had a brown tone, and although I didn’t catch her name, she was absolutely fantastic. She was polite, very helpful, and provided excellent customer service. “I go to Quality Foods quite often for groceries; it's my go-to for South Asian spices and fresh produce. Some of the fruits and vegetables are excellent and reasonably priced. However, I have noticed cleanliness could be better, especially later in the evening. Staff are mostly polite, but occasionally seem overwhelmed. The store’s variety is wonderful though — hard to beat for specialty items. I keep returning because it’s quite convenient too.”

“Great Greggs in-between T5 and T4, ideal place to grab some food or coffee for cheap after picking someone up or dropping someone off, also this pump is a great place to wait for passenger arrivals at T4 so you don't have to pay exorbitant costs for parking at the terminal . Although it looks small, it has most stuff that a big store such as the nearby Quality Food, and they're pricing are competitive and has found lot of things cheaper than Quality Food.
