She was wearing glasses and had a brown tone, and although I didn’t catch her name, she was absolutely fantastic. She was polite, very helpful, and provided excellent customer service. We asked her to replace our old Iceland bag with a new one, and she assisted us quickly and kindly. Really impressed with the support and professionalism — thank you”

“I go to Quality Foods quite often for groceries; it's my go-to for South Asian spices and fresh produce. Some of the fruits and vegetables are excellent and reasonably priced. However, I have noticed cleanliness could be better, especially later in the evening. Staff are mostly polite, but occasionally seem overwhelmed. The store’s variety is wonderful though — hard to beat for specialty items. I keep returning because it’s quite convenient too.”

“Great Greggs in-between T5 and T4, ideal place to grab some food or coffee for cheap after picking someone up or dropping someone off, also this pump is a great place to wait for passenger arrivals at T4 so you don't have to pay exorbitant costs for parking at the terminal . Please note they make food in small batches so they may not always have your selections.”

Although it looks small, it has most stuff that a big store such as the nearby Quality Food, and they're pricing are competitive and has found lot of things cheaper than Quality Food. But the main reason I shop here is to the fact that they're decent honest people who would never deceive you, oppose to a place like Qulity Food where I have had many bad experiences i.e - overcharging.”
