“I have a niece at this nursery, since we have started at this nursery they have been very kind and helpful. They have helped with settling and dealing with any concerns we have. They regularly update the parent zone where we can find out about her day which includes, snacks, lunches, tea and the different activities they do during the day. “Dear Greengate Tesco Team, Today I visited your Greengate store to pick up a few items, and I wanted to share some positive feedback about my experience. While shopping, my basket became quite full, and as I was waiting in the queue a member of staff kindly noticed and helped lift my basket onto the till point when I was ready to be served. I was then warmly greeted by the cashier, who made packing my shopping simple and stress-free. Unfortunately, while packing, I placed a box of chocolates to one side to avoid them being squashed and accidentally left them behind at the till point. I only realised once I arrived home, so I returned to the store with my receipt, worried that they may have gone missing. When I came back, security was very helpful and directed me to a member of staff. As I was explaining the situation, I noticed the same staff member who had helped me earlier. He immediately understood, pointed behind the till, and showed me that my box of chocolates had been safely kept. I am extremely grateful for the honesty, kindness, and helpfulness of your team. The staff were approachable, attentive, and clearly willing to help, especially during what I know is a very busy time of year. “2019-2025 Appreciation for Tesco Express IG11 Staff I’ve been meaning to write this note for quite some time and hope it can be passed along to the staff members who have been so kind, patient, and helpful over the years. I rely on bilateral hearing aids and often take a break from wearing them after a long day of hearing, which is why I typically visit Tesco Express without them. Despite this, your staff have always been incredibly understanding and have assisted me with seeing the total cost on the payment card before I pay in cash. Over time, it feels like they’ve become quite familiar with me and seem to instinctively know how to communicate without my hearing aids, sometimes even using basic sign language. I really appreciate their patience and kindness. I just wanted to send a huge thank you to everyone for making my visits so easy and pleasant. One day, I’ll actually remember to put my hearing aids in before I come (giggle) Thank you again for everything!”

“I am not local to the area, and by the time I got here (8pm on 21/4), all other Barking pharmacies bar the daynight were shut. I want to say a big thanks to the pharmacist on duty at the time, who helped diagnose my dauggters' skin condition and although the pharmacy didn't have the drug I was prescribed, he rung around to find one that did, gave directions and provided better advice then anything I'd received from 111 or Barking hospital. Thank you sir.”

“EVRI parcel shop is located inside Lloyds pharmacy shop. It was quick, easy to return the parcel. You just need to carry the QR code, scan the code on label scanner and printer machine. Machine will print the label. If you are unsure staff will help you. Stick the label hand it over to staff and then sign digitally by providing your name. The staff will give receipts, keep it handy until you get confirmation of return and credits in your account. Not only EVRI but DHL and other courier options are available here. This shop also has remittances options like WesternUnion, RIA, travel Money, etc.”
