The entire team have been fantastic with him and helped him progress. The communication from staff to parents on children’s welfare and updates is great and I couldn’t imagine my son ever going to another setting. Their care and aftercare wad amazing and we are so grateful,but their Blood Clinic needs sorting out! After having been sent there for an URGENT! blood test....his name was 1 minute at the top of the screen then the next minute at the bottom and 30 mins was nearly up! He wasn't well and was getting stressed,one lady receptionist was fairly pleasant,but one male wasn't....so l give the hospital 5 stars but the Blood Clinic 2!”

“I’ve had conversations on the phone and in person with a number of different staff since my daughter has started full time in Nov 2024. I have been really impressed with them all and the quality of communication I’ve received. It’s always so hard leaving your baby with strangers and I speak from experience of 3 different well-established nurseries (2 of which were rated Outstanding by Ofsted) that my elder child had been at. The experience so far with Boys & Girls Croxley has been really good. The updates via the Blossom app are prompt throughout the day helping me keep up with my daughter’s experience and reassuring me about her wellbeing. The photos and well thought-out daily activities cover a real breadth of topics and developmental opportunities and I’m seeing the positive changes in her as a result. When she has been unfortunate enough to have little accidents or difficulty falling asleep or being upset, the staff have kept me informed and personalised their response to her by calling and making me aware of all the things they have tried and asking if there is anything else they might be able to do to help her feel more comfortable. She has settled in really well and I would highly recommend this nursery to Others based on my experience so far.”

“I cannot recommend Brilliant Theatre highly enough. My daughter is with the company for 18 months and has progressed so much in that time in terms of confidence and has developed a deep appreciation for musical theatre. David and the team, whilst uber professional, make participation so much fun for the kids. The team bring out the best in the kids and help them all shine. Until you’re part of Brilliant it’s hard to explain just how great it is. If you join up, you’ll get it!”

“I made an appointment for Tuesday 18th with Lucas as I had been experiencing pain and tightness in my left hip area and left upper thigh. I was unable to sleep on my left side, with walking and sitting also feeling uncomfortable! In just one appointment Lucas has managed to improve both areas hugely, where I can now sleep on my left side again and I am sitting and moving pain free! I have booked another appointment just to give him more time to see if he can soften the area further! Whilst I no longer compete in top level sport, I have come across many massage therapists in my time! I can honest say what Lucas has done in one session is fantastic! I will be recommending him and will not hesitate to use him again if/when I need in the future! Much appreciated Lucas!”

“I sent my daughter to Supersteps. It was her first experience at nursery. I am really happy with the staff and how they managed various situations. My daughter struggled at first because being away from her parents was very new to her. However, the staff was exceptional especially her key worker Yana. My daughter adjusted very well. The nursery is very flexible with the times that I sent my daughter so it worked very well for my life style. Thanks a lot Amir for having my daughter on board on such short notice. “Needed to find a new hairdressers as everywhere is so expensive nowadays. Was recommended Definitions. I had half head of highlights followed by cutcand blow dry. This was done by Catrina. She was so lovely and we chatted the whole time. Will definitely be coming back. Half the price of where I was previously going”

“I like the place, is very simple but very efficient. Teachers and parent looks all very nice people. Twice I forgot my children’s swimming stuff and the staff always helped to make my children feel comfortable. My children has been enjoying the lessons and the pool, and the fact that they are improving so much gave them a lot of confident. The teacher have an amazing ability to get the children’s attention, something that I never found in other swimming courses.”

“I could not recommend Tinkys nursery more! My daughter has been attending since age 1 and almost 3 now . From social development to academic development, my daughter has made excellent progress in her learning and social skills . Their attention to detail is next to none and they really do keep track of all activities/events each day to report to you on email and collection of your child. The freshly made nutritious meals are just another bonus. The staff are warm, friendly and approachable and my daughter is happy to see them when I drop her off and I know that she’s had a good day when I collect her as she chats about what she’s been up to. She has thrived since starting Tinkys and made special bonds with her peers and care givers . I feel confident leaving her with the lovely team knowing that she’ll have a great day and will be well cared for and treated as an individual.”
