“Both my mother and I were so impressed with the dedication of the service. It was undertaken with such professionalism and kindness. The care was extremely efficient and everything was done very clinically from head to toe even though it was outside on the forecourt of the hotel. Every step to make my mother as comfortable as possible was done and done speedily without loosing any care and this was brought through to when she was wheelchaired into the hotel room. Every step of her care was very carefully explained to her clear and precise. Just what you expect from ex-services. Thank you to each and everyone concerned in the care of my mother’s medical emergency.”

“I grew up in the UK as the child of Muslim parents from abroad and sadly I don’t carry good memories of Madressa here. My own experiences were rooted in fear and strict rules rather than nurturing a love for faith. Because of that, it was deeply important to me that my son’s experience would be different, that he would grow up seeing Islam as something beautiful, welcoming, and full of meaning. When he was still very young I rushed to enrol him into what I thought was a good Arabic school. Unfortunately, this is where he first experienced racial abuse, including anti Black slurs that the school failed to take seriously. That experience was heartbreaking and from then on I promised myself that I would never just send him anywhere, I would do the research properly and ensure he was in an environment that truly reflected the values of our deen. Finding Lote Tree Foundation has felt like an answered dua. From the start it stood out. They focus on Islamic studies and faith itself rather than imposing any one culture above another. The school is run with real professionalism but at the same time it is warm, approachable, and deeply rooted in community. Every interaction makes it clear that the teachers and staff genuinely care for the children. The summer camp in particular was nothing short of spectacular, so well thought out, engaging, and full of joy. My son loved it and I don’t think I can do it justice in words. What stays with me most is how supported and safe he feels there, and how much he looks forward to going. A special mention must go to Ustad Faisal, the head teacher, who is incredibly hands on. He greets families personally, makes time for everyone, and ensures that parents feel part of the school community as much as the children do. That simple act of presence and care says so much about the ethos of Lote Tree. This is exactly the type of positive nurturing community experience I had hoped for my son and I can honestly say there is very little I would not do to support them. Lote Tree Foundation has given us what I once thought was impossible, a place where my child can learn, grow, and love his faith without fear.”

“We couldn’t be happier with West Drayton Nursery (Grandir). The teachers are beyond amazing - so warm, nurturing, and truly invested in every child’s happiness and development. It’s very clear that they love what they do, and that love shines through in every interaction. The facilities are very good, creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment where our child thrives. But what truly sets this nursery apart is the feeling of family. Our little one absolutely loves going each day, and as parents, there’s nothing more reassuring than knowing they’re in such great hands. Thank you to the incredible team, making this a second home for our child. We will always remain ever so grateful!”

“I initially moved my son from his first nursery (Monkey Puzzle in Uxbridge) as he just didnt enjoy going in and due to his speech delay he was unable to communicate his feelings but there were worries that he was being mistreated in that nursery as he would repeat phrases in a shouty manner that we would never use at home (why are you crying I'm here??? Be quiet! Go sit down now!) After deciding to move him to another nursery I attended Busy bees in person and shared my concerns with the assistant manager Sian who was at the main reception that particular day. She reassured me and arranged a tour of the nursery a few days later where myself, my husband and son were able to have a look around and we had a a lovely chat with Lauren in the preschool room about how a typical day in the nursery would be and how they monitor each childs progress again the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. After our visit our son was instantly warmed by the happy playful environment. He surprisingly settled within a week of attending. His speech, interaction and communication has all really come through as well as his attention. He has honestly been thriving here and although I'm sad he will be leaving the nursery to start school in September - I am ever so grateful for the staff especially Tammy for shaping up his academic journey from here ahead.”

“Salam, I am a student who studies at lady Nafisa school. I have had my ups and downs in this school and the teachers have dealt with it just fine. Half of these bad reviews are written by students in this school who hate the school or just want attention. This is for the person who wrote the review by the name of 'YOUR MUM' yes we are an islamic school so when its an islamic school with male teachers walking around I would think so you would need to wear suitable clothes, why would you wear either tight clothes or see through clothes. First of all the teachers are going to be embarrassed because there's a male teacher teaching u and walking around the building and your wearing tight clothes which is showing your whole body figure for whatever , So first of all how will he teach you/ look at you or even help you when you are stuck on something, and how do u have the guts to walk around exposing the figure of your body to other people/men. If you wear stuff like that outside then that's fine that's between you, your family and Allah but not in an ISLAMIC school . ALSO for the person who wrote a review by the name of 'RICE KRISPIES' plz next time while writing an review plz give reasoning or just keep quiet. This person who got excluded, got excluded for not expressing their feelings but expressing their FAKE feelings and spreading lies and getting sins. This person was saying DISGUSTING, INAPPROPRIATE,HARAM things about people in an ISLAMIC school so the teachers just wanted to stop that because not only the person she was saying it about but other people in the school started to dislike her so the teachers didn't want people to stop liking her because at lady Nafisa school we are all like family. And to all those people who are reading the bad reviews please don't listen to them because all of them are either people who are in the school who want attention [teachers have found out about them] or fake accounts of people who are haters[who teachers also find about]. Trust me I have been in this school for 3 and a half years and I have had no problems . the people in my class are all like my sisters to me and all the teachers but hard work in to make the school better for students and for students to enjoy their time at lady Nafisa school . jzk for reading my review”

“Our two children have received (and Emma still does) great care from Littlebrook nursery. Some of the staff members are still the same from 2019 when our son was going there. They still ask his sister some news about him. Emma is in nursery since 2023 and will be until July next year. She familiarised herself very quickly to the new environment and carers. She loves going in the massive garden to play. The team shares frequent updates in the app and at pick-up time. We are very happy to have our daughter under their care.”

“As a parent of a child who struggled in primary and secondary main stream schools academically and socially, I think this school is amazing, instead of labelling and rejecting it's students for their behaviors, it focuses and encourages their real talents to come to life. This school sees every student as an individual and works towards getting the best out of them with patience, time and understanding. My child has thrived and reached so many academic and personal goals that she is finally who she wants to be and is happier, so thank you.”

“I've been shopping at the Tesco Superstore in Uxbridge for quite some time, and overall, it's been a positive experience. The store is spacious, well-organized, and offers a wide range of products, making it convenient for my regular grocery runs. The staff are generally friendly and helpful, contributing to a pleasant shopping environment. However, I have noticed that the older security guard on duty tends to follow customers around the store, which can feel a bit uncomfortable. While I understand the need for security, this behavior can sometimes be off-putting and may affect the overall shopping experience.”
