And every 6 weeks I still bring my shih tzu back to ruth,in my opinion no one can do as good a groom as ruth. Her love, and care for dogs is above measure. “Love this place, could happily walk around the moor and village for hours. You don’t have to own a dog to enjoy the experience but it does help. Be aware though that if it’s been raining a lot the lake does have a tendency to flood quite heavily. That being said it’s still a lovely place to walk your cares away.”

“The Best Groomers Ever!! After being rejected by a lot places, only Your Dog Groomers were able to help. Not only were they able to help reassure me on the phone, but they also went above and beyond, by scheduling in a consultation to help calm my dog and gently introduce him to grooming. My dog is a 9 year old Rottweiler so I was apprehensive at first, but they took things so nice and slow. They made sure to listen to us and catered for every one of my dogs needs. They aren’t just dog groomers, they’re dog behaviouralists and absolute angels! “I initially moved my son from his first nursery (Monkey Puzzle in Uxbridge) as he just didnt enjoy going in and due to his speech delay he was unable to communicate his feelings but there were worries that he was being mistreated in that nursery as he would repeat phrases in a shouty manner that we would never use at home (why are you crying I'm here??? Be quiet! Go sit down now!) After deciding to move him to another nursery I attended Busy bees in person and shared my concerns with the assistant manager Sian who was at the main reception that particular day. She reassured me and arranged a tour of the nursery a few days later where myself, my husband and son were able to have a look around and we had a a lovely chat with Lauren in the preschool room about how a typical day in the nursery would be and how they monitor each childs progress again the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. After our visit our son was instantly warmed by the happy playful environment. He surprisingly settled within a week of attending. His speech, interaction and communication has all really come through as well as his attention. He has honestly been thriving here and although I'm sad he will be leaving the nursery to start school in September - I am ever so grateful for the staff especially Tammy for shaping up his academic journey from here ahead.”

“Stayed for a couple of days at this property while working with a client. The staff here was outstanding. You expect helpful and courteous, but there was an extra level of helpfulness and kindness to the service provided. We used the business conference services and for a very reasonable price, we had opening coffee/tea service, two catered breaks and a hot buffet lunch - all served in a very, very creative and appealing manner. The level of service from the business services team was superb, even paying attention to when we took breaks to ensure that a meal was shifted if needed. I would love to replicate this property and what they are doing in other locations!”

“I was not familiar with this hotel chain. It was a pleasant surprise. The hotel was very nice for an overnight stay. We had two rooms for 6 people and it was great. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were very clean. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The location was within 6 mins drive to Heathrow Terminal 2. Prices were competitive and I would stay there again. It was a pleasant stay.”
