“I have been using this barber for the last 10 years at different venues and he has been nothing but the ultimate professional. He is a very skilful barber who takes his craft very seriously and I have nothing but positive comments. Due to his popularity, he does get very busy but that is understandable - I just need to be patient and show respect to his other clients and wait for my turn. “I went into my local holland and Barrett store yesterday around closing time and was in quite a rush because working in the center as well I am aware that when it’s time to close, the staff have plenty of other things they had to do before leaving (as did myself). I was a little panicky and uncertain of the exact product/quantity I needed and was assisted by an amazing lady named Oshin! Her service was excellent — not only was she patient with my request and questions but she also gave extensive info on what I asked for and showed me alternatives too.
