“These guys are a masterclass in vehicle repair. Took my car to them to have my door, bumper and rear quarter repaired after a driver wrote my car off. They honoured the quote they had given me beforehand even though it was over 2 weeks. When I had received the vehicle back, the professionalism in the work really showed. The car looks brand new now. “A few weeks back I was collecting my daughter from her classes in the centre and I purposely arrived a little earlier so that I would have time for my mid day prayer. I asked the lady at reception if the centre had a religious room. She was a little unhelpful and abrupt with an immediate no without apology. Not long after an absolute lovely gentleman by the name of Joe asked if I just needed a room which I replied yes he then guided me to a back room that had very dim beautiful lighting and only housed a ping pong table. I was so grateful. Just that small act of consideration and kindness made all the difference and immediately changed my mind about my initial interaction with the receptionist. Bobby is amazing, she always helps me with my orders (mostly very large orders of over 100L with 5 or more different paint and bases). I can go collect when convenient for me and the guys at the store always help me load it up. They do have some very young staff that try very hard and are polite (albeit at times it takes a few minutes longer to process orders). “They went above and beyond for us to be honest, did us a massive favour when finalising at the end and a mixup with the 3rd party's insurance. The standard of work is equally high as well, you wouldn't have known the car had been involved in an rta at all. Also guaranteed the work for life and said to bring back anytime if there was an issue with anything they did and they'd resolve it for free. Overall, we were lucky to use them and would go back again in the future with no hesitation at all.”
