“My son went to PlayDays nursery and Ms Kerry and her team have took care of him really well for the last 6 months. My son joined the nursery when he was around 8 months old, with the team doing a home visit to introduce themselves to my son and performed a detailed profiling of his likes and dislikes and daily routine. During the first day of the settling I still remember that the key teacher started to introduce him to the new friends and toys and gradually make him feel more comfortable. The settling sessions were really good to slowly step up with the hours per day, which helps with the separation anxiety for first time parents. My son started off crying whenever we dropped him off and slowly he progressed to waving bye to me after a couple of weeks, which gave me the comfort that he’s enjoying himself there. The staffs were really enthusiastic and seems very passionate about giving the best they could for the babies. They take them out for walks, create art pieces with them, did lots of fun play, take lots of photos and share with us about their growth, they hand write daily journals and note down all the big moments that we may have missed and keep us updated everyday about the fun they had. There are of course days that my son is unwell and they really put in the effort to take extra care and follow our instructions to them closely and give us timely feedback. We truly appreciate all the work that they done for us!”

“My son began attending Butterflies in September 2021, and I can only share positive feedback about this nursery. Our experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The staff deserve praise as they know how to connect with children and are highly creative. I appreciate that the children engage in different activities every day. As full-time parents, we value the communication and photos shared through the phone application, which allows us to track our son's progress and daily activities. Additionally, the nursery offers various ad-hoc booking sessions that make our lives easier. While these depend on availability, they are extremely beneficial, particularly the "early starter" option, which we frequently use. Lastly, the owner and manager, Danielle, is very helpful, approachable and finds time to speak to all parents. I wholeheartedly recommend this nursery to all parents—your kids will love it.”

“Eastbury farm school is a place where my 3 children feel safe. It's a place where the teaching is second to none. The dedication of the new head Miss Workman and her leadership team is refreshing and I can only see things improving here. The recent results are proof of that. I love the school and everything about it, from the well mannered children to the lovely playground atmosphere. Not to mention the fabulous fundraisers! Don't let the Ofsted report put you off. Come and see the school and speak to the staff parents and children and then make your choice. It will be well worth it.”

“We came across chickywicks by pure chance but immediately fell in love with its homley,loving, caring environment and staff. After our daughter not settling at her previous nursery it was a huge nerve racking step to try again with chickywicks. Our daughter settled immediately we could not believe how happy she went in after how stressful things had been previously. Not only did the chickywicks team make Ada feel completely secure and happy but they also made a very anxious mum feel exactly the same. Every member of staff go above and beyond to make sure any concern or worry was just immediately forgotten. I truly believe that every single one of the team feel passionately about meeting every child's individual needs. Every member of the team are always so friendly and welcoming they not only cared for Ada but they all knew her personality inside out, they always knew at drop off if Ada was having a wobble and made sure they were extra supportive which is exactly what Ada needed. Chickywicks really are just like one big family and although they gave Ada everything she needs to move on, as her parents we would have kept Ada at chickywicks forever! We were not ready for Adas chickywicks journey to end. So from the very bottom of our hearts thank you to all the team at Chickywicks. We will NEVER forget all you have done for Ada and you will always hold a very special place in our hearts. We cant actually put into words how much we would recommend this nursery.”

“Our little child started nursery when he was 11months old and had a quite complex heart condition. The compassion and determination from the Boys and Girls Nursery Stanmore to cater for his complexities and ensure they could take our son on was brilliant. Even before he started they went over and beyond to speak to all of the healthcare professionals to ensure that they could fully cater for our sons needs. From Amy and Chloe and Sharon for all the admin things to get him over the line. From Rachel and team in nursery where they got him turning over (even though he was months delayed) to then crawling and walking. To then Lisa/ Amelia and team in pre-toddlers post his operations helping him build the strength to do all of the activities and become a chatter box. To then Sinead and team in toddlers to then prep him to join his new school. We cannot thank you all enough for your efforts, we as a family are truly grateful and happy that Boys and Girls Nursery was his first academic home.”

“Great nursery. Facilitates are great, especially the big garden which has a climbing frame, fish pond, sandpit, guinea pigs. They even had incubated chicks earlier in the year. The staff are great and have been working there for years which is always a good sign. My daughter loves it.”

“My 6 year old daughter started ballet classes at TDS nearly 2 years ago and she'd like to sign up to her 4th weekly class from September. It goes without saying that she LOVES it! This dance school is a gem in Teddington. Natalie and her team are amazing and professional in every way. They always keep to the highest standards while teaching and guiding the kids gently and with kindness. There's a nice sense of community feel across the school where the children can feel safe and make friends. The way all the dancers - whether young or older - support each other is so lovely and heart-warming to see. “Smart Play is very good nursery. A lot of educational programs for children, a good attitude of teachers towards children. A pleasant and cozy environment. My two kids attended Smart Play. Son(2018-2020y) and daughter just graduated ( 2022-2024y) My children and me love all the Smart Play staff a lot. I can confidently and happily recommend Smart Play to other parents.”

“We’ve sent both our DS to this nursery over the last 3 years. The consistency of care is fantastic; same consistent carers mean they have really taken care and helped our sons to develop. They worked with us through any “leaps”, teething or potty training situations. The chef David has been amazing, catering to their dietary needs (vegetarian, no onion/ garlic) with a smile and enthusiasm. The boys over the years have really enjoyed each day and their time especially with the Montessori approach. We get verbal feedback at the end of each day (whether a quick brief or more detailed as required). We loved that the boys were taken outside to the green common next door whenever feasible and were exposed weekly to music afternoons and exercise / sport sessions. They come back having painted, played, read books, learnt about culture and everything in between. The carers have been amazing - Kim, Rosa, Camilla, Lucy, Tiana, Prima, Cara, Leena, and recently Saheeda - we’ve known most of these over the last 3 years if not all of them (and they are still there!) - that consistency of presence and care has been incredible in providing a “second home” to our children. They know our boys, and saw them grow up from less than 12 months of age to 3 years. It was a really warming and caring environment which helped nurture our sons at such a young age. The love given to them (even at their worst times) was and has been invaluable. We’ve (all of us) had a truly happy experience with the fortune green team. From our perspective and from what I heard from parents at other nurseries, this is the one of the best nurseries in West Hampstead; despite others perhaps being more convenient location wise, or “newer”. Finally, this review has not come as a one-off assessment or as a new parent who recently joined; it’s over 2-3 years of experience with two very different type of DS. Thank you to the fortune green team for being there with us for our boys; my wife and I will not forget our time together and for ALL the right reasons. Lots of love S&K, A&V.”

“Great staff, l remember when my baby got his BCG , it was a cold and rainy day but it ended up being a good day for my baby and l , the place was conducive for breastfeeding and relaxing and the staff were all so nice ,my baby was still a newborn and l was exhausted but that day my energy was boosted and made me more confident of going out and wanting to attend more class.”

“My son started attending the nursery when he turned 2. He had a speech delay and struggled with social play. It only took a month for me to see how much of an astounding effect Ihsan had on my son. He started talking more, playing with other kids, listening to instructions etc and a major part of this development was the staff at Ihsan nursery. They also supported him with the local SENCO and support plan meetings with me and his key carer. This made me feel so assured that the areas where my son needs assistance in developing would be focused on and worked on during his time at nursery. It wasn’t just as if I was leaving my son with babysitters but I was taking him to a nursery that actually considers and really cares about helping children develop essential skills and qualities that will help them for the rest of their lives. I also used to take my twin daughters to the stay and play from when they were around 1 till they were ready to join the nursery. They absolutely loved it. I would go almost everyday and they had different themed activities, friendly staff and a clear routine (play, clean up, circle time) which really helped my daughters once they started nursery at Ihsan. My kids love it at Ihsan and I’m so proud that they are part of the Ihsan family.”

“I have just left Bedfont primary and it is the best place you could ever go. I used to go to another school and moved when I was in year 5.Everyone from Bedfont primary was so welcoming,kind and thoughtful and they were so helpful. If i had any problem there was someone who you could talk to any time. When I moved to year 6 I knew it would get harder from the SAT’s but all the teachers would say is you can only do your best and whatever you get we will be proud of you!That made keep on pushing to do my best and the next thing I know is I did really well on my tests and that’s all thanks to my year 6 teacher Mrs Bissel,Mrs Thorn,Mr Mcallan and most thanks goes to my amazing teacher Miss Roberts! I had only been there for a year and a half and it already felt like home and it felt we were all a big family and I loved that .So please go to Bedfont primary because I want it to grow and help more and more children.”

“The school is very open to new ideas and suggestions. I have found that the staff are welcoming, polite and hard working. my daughter enjoys going there. The secondary section of the school is new and i can see that the headmaster and the rest of the staff are trying to improve all areas of the school. I think the school needs more help and input from parents.”

“My child has been attending this nursery for just over 2 years and has moved from the baby room all the way up to preschool. The nursery space is well organized giving kids enough room to have different activities and is much roomier than other nurseries I’ve seen. The menu has enough variety to allow kids to get used to different cuisines. Most importantly, the staff that work here really love their jobs and genuinely care for the kids. They have taken on board any special request I have had from bottle feeding changes, dropping a dummy all the way to massively contributing to successful potty training. Its always a worry when leaving your child somewhere and as a parent you can always find something to worry about but I honestly get the impression they have my child’s best interests at heart always, for me, irrespective of how well the nursery is run it’s the people that make this place feel like an extended family and gives me the confidence that this is the best place for my child. We have also worked closely with the SEN co-ordinator who has been fantastic at making sure my child was referred where needed and gets the support required. I would highly recommend this nursery.”

“My son has just finished his first year, I was super nervous about leaving him for the first time but I knew every time I left he was being well cared for. I viewed 10 other play schools/nurseries and none of them compared to the warm feeling at St Andrews. My son tells me about the different things they explore each term and how much fun he has had, especially in the giant sand pit. All the staff are amazing and you can tell they love all the children, my son especially loves his key worker Zoe and constantly talks about her! We look forward to returning in the new year!”
