“Was told by insurance company to find garage in my area to take care of repairs. After searching internet most of evening found Dartford panel and paint. Reviews fantastic and noted they even do restoration on vehicles. When I went in to reception wondering how to explain need repair done and deal with insurance company which were hard work to say the least. Was told not to worry we will deal with it. Family business with mum,dad and son.They exceeded my expectations with how helpfull they were and got call to say car ready to collect. The quality of repair was fantastic and no problem recommending this gem of a repair centre.”

“I’ve stayed here many times as it’s ideal for visiting family near by. The staff are always really friendly and helpful and we always have a pleasant stay. Some of the rooms are a bit dated but the beds are always comfy and we get a good nights sleep.”

“Went to Gravesend for the day and stayed the night here. Was greater kindly and served by Vlada who kindly got us a ground floor room have our Romeo with us (Maltipoo) she recommended a few places to visit while on our stay and very helpful. In the morning had the breakfast that is included in the stay and was welcomed very nicely by Claire who was very friendly too along with all the staff. Overall a lovely place to stay very chilled and wonderful staff”

“This was my first visit here, the service was first class and the restaurant spacious, clean and tidy. All members of staff were polite and couldn't be more helpful. The food tasted excellent and was good size portions with large and tender chicken pieces. All the flavours cane through really well. I totally enjoyed the visit. Sadek is doing a fantastic job running the establishment, well done, keep up the good work! Both female waitresses were extremely polite and quick providing a first class service. I will definitely visit again when I'm next in the Dartford area. Highly recommend, 10/10.”

“Very nice interior after the renovation they had, smaller menu than before but I think that lets them focus more effort into making the food that's still there tastier. Prices are very affordable too, can easily get a full meal to feed 1 adult man for roughly £5-£8 depending on choices. Very friendly staff too, also I think an MP attended the re-opening, which was pretty cool too. All the food was cooked fresh right in front of me, and it only took less than 10 minutes for me to get tucked in.”

“I love the self-order machines they’ve got! It’s quicker to order and to collect your drink. However during busy times they have no seating.”

“Location is fantastic . We decided to stay over after a visit to Lakeside and go out to the boom battle bar. The staff were all lovely from reception to the breakfast staff . Breakfast was very nice , good quality sausages and lots of cereals, pastries. Would stay here again . Basic but had everything we needed”

“I believe if you have all the documents in place and have booked your spot then the crew in any NSL site is obligated to issue you the licence unless and until you ask for something which is not in their capacity to give, I went there on 25th Oct 18, my car was Euro 6 specs but I did not have a letter or certificate from Manufacturer. The supervisor told me about it and he cant issue my the licence and advised my what to do. I came back with the Euro 6 Compliant Letter from Manufacturer and my licence was issued straight away. I didn't observe any bad customer service or any disrespectful behaviour. They were just doing their job as it should be dome. I am though little generous by giving five star but i do believe they deserved better than 4 stars that's why I gave 5 starts. I was happy with their overall service”
