“I find my GP Dr Swain very good and compassionate. He takes time to listen and he really knows what he is doing. I have met so many GPs in the past and I am very grateful for the wonderful service I get from Broadmead surgery. The Practice Nurses are lovely and kind. Ready to answer all my queries. The receptionists are helpful. Especially the youngish ones. I have never encountered anything worth complaining about at all. Even the pharmacy is efficient. Messaging and emailing to remind collection and even phoning me to ask for any adverse rections to my new medication which I never experienced in any of my previous pharmacies.
