The treatments are great, the monthly offers give a chance to try out new things. Sam usually cuts my hair but during her Mat leave Sarah has organised super cover stylists. “I e been using this mail studio for years. Their value is in how well the place is run. The manager is on top of all customers. Always best to call and book first, but they frequently allow walk ins. I also use their Dermalogica facials, if you go for the 1 h 10 minutes, you get the most awesome massage too. I have visited many of these places over the years, and this time I’m happy to stick with just Orchid Studio. The image show my nails after 2 weeks, as an indication on how well the get stay on.”

First time I came just for a quick gel hands polish and ended up staying for a pedicure as well because it was such a nice experience. Really great range of colours and services and the massage chairs for pedi are a bonus! Definitely the go-to place in South Croydon. 100% recommend!”

“Popped in here at 4:30pm on a Saturday afternoon without pre-booking an appointment and had a lovely experience. I waited for the previous customer to be finished (around 30 mins) before I was seen but I appreciated them fitting me in. I asked for some neutral extensions (not too long) just to cover up my embarrassingly short nails (I bite them when I get anxious!) and the lady - I didn't catch her name - did a great job. Just what I asked for, and she was very meticulous and neat, which I appreciated. No card payments but you can pay by cash or bank transfer. Would recommend to a friend! Thanks :)”

“Fabulous! I have never really had gel nails, as in the past they didn't last very long, but my sister has been a regular customer here for years. I tried gel nails late October, and to my amazement, they lasted perfectly for over 4 weeks! (No chips or wear after that, I just returned as they were growing out). The staff were all super friendly and lovely and they did my nails exactly as I wanted. I have returned this month and just as my last visit, my nails are perfectly neat and 2 weeks later no signs of wear, even though I do a lot with my hands. Thank you. I will be a repeat customer now, despite not living in the area, it's worth the drive! 5 stars.”

“I have been seeing Nikki for waxing for a year now. I cannot recommend her more highly. The salon itself is clean, the ambience is relaxing and comfortable. Nikki always gives a flawless and painless wax, she is reassuring and a fantastic listener. She is highly qualified and knowledgable about skin problems and hair removal. I had been struggling with sensitive skin and ingrown hairs for years and she provided me with a fantastic 3 step method for waxing aftercare that she makes and sells (oil, scrub, and brush). My concerns have now completely cleared up - the oil in particular is very effective. I’ve even started using the oil for my partner’s beard after shaving and his inflammation, spots, and ingrown hairs have gone. 10/10, could sing her praises all day, would recommend to anyone who wants a chill wax and great take home aftercare products.”
