“I went in and on the off chance I had to wait for an appointment as it is generally booking only. Everything was to government guidelines so I felt extremely safe during this time. Everything that was used was sanitised and the staff wore masks and were working behind screens. I was treated by Maria who was an absolute professional and so smiley and welcoming. It’s was so nice when you need a pampering session. I had my nails done but couldn’t do a facial as I need to book this, therefore I will!! I love my nails as never had this treatment on my hands and I was pleasantly surprised it didn’t feel odd. “My second time at nails by le and I’m very happy with them. They take time and always asked me if they are ok after every stage on the manicure. Staff are polite and friendly and good value for money compared to somewhere I used to go in Brentwood.
