“I visited Clarks as I needed some new shoes for my holiday and also some kids shoes for my son. I must have tried on about 10 different shoes as I have problems with my feet where one foot is larger than the other. I found the sales assistants very friendly and the branch manager was also very friendly and kind. I'm surprised how patient they were with me as I tried on many shoes. It was a pleasure to be served by profession members of staff. I walked away very happy and will definitely return. Thank you Clarks Surbiton.”

“I wish I could give more stars for the service here. I booked the French tarte afternoon tea for my mum’s birthday in august, and the chef carefully curated alternatives to cater to my mum’s nut allergy. We were made to feel so comfortable, the service was the best and it felt as though our waiter could not do enough! We were also encouraged to take our time and enjoy every bite. The flavours were amazing and the homemade jam was so good! Will definitely be returning.”
