“My daughter whos 8 had her first show on a theatre stage 3 shows over the weekend , and my whole family was literally blown away with the outcome, we have watched her at school plays and we thought she may have had a little nerves being her first time singing on her own in front of a packed out theatre, but she literally left us bursting with pride as she sang on her own whilst dancing with her group, there was no way we was expecting that, we left the show Saturday night buzzing with excitement, we could not believe the confidence that she had , she was living her best life and it was all down to Farli and her amazing team, all the songs and dances was something else. They had every child giving there best over the weekend all the children was included and the energy from each child on that stage , gives you a warm fuzzy feeling that is hard to explain. As a parent you wouldnt want anything else when it comes to your child performing . We are still speechless. Farli literally is a super woman she makes sure your child reaches there full potential. “I was suffering from neck pain and exhausted all NHS treatment so I decided to give one last chance to get rid of 2 years of pain. I am a former professional athlete, still regularly training so this pain was really bothering me. I walked into the clinic, Martha treated me with her magic hands and I walked away pain free. It was a true miracle! The pain and stiffness returned after a few days although much less severe, I say 50% as Martha had anticipated. I then saw Martha weekly for a further 4 treatments and the symptoms were getting better and better. After the 5th session, differently from all other physiotherapists I tried in the past, she recommended to wait and see rather than having more treatment. 3 weeks later the pain had totally disappeared and I was still training, so no disruption to my routine. 6 weeks later I am still pain free and I can finally move my neck without any problems, I can read books and watch TV without having to constantly move, stretch and use all sorts of techniques to try and live a normal life. All of this without taking any medication which I am strongly against. As said I have tried many physiotherapists in the past and Martha is surely the best, au pair with the physiotherapist we had in the national rowing team in the 90s. I will surely see Martha again for all my joints' trouble which inevitably will show up with age.”

“My eldest has been going to Jigsaw since he was 3yrs old and our second quickly followed suit; they are now 7 and 5 respectively and it’s been incredible to watch their growth and also to see how much they enjoy their classes and the friendships they have made. Both of them have no qualms about being on stage at school and I’m sure that their time at Jigsaw has played a huge part in that! The end of term performances are always a highlight and our children are so proud of themselves and excited that we are coming to watch. We also really enjoy reading the individual reports that the teachers have taken the time out to write. Our youngest is just turning 3 and will now be starting her first term! Most classes for 3yr olds require parents to be present so we were slightly nervous when our son started but not now with our youngest; the staff are exceptional and it’s great for their confidence to enjoy a class without parents at that age. Would definitely recommend!”

“ACS is a fantastic and friendly dance school for all ages and abilities. I have been dancing here since I was 3 in all styles of dance taking part in many exams, shows and competitions. The training I received here led me to go to a prestigious London dance college & become a professional dancer. ACS is literally my second home at this point! ACS also started my teaching career and under their excellent tuition from Diana Lunn and Helen Steggles I became fully qualified as an ISTD DDE Dance Teacher in Modern, Tap and Ballet and achieved my AISTD qualification in Disco Freestyle & Rock’n’Roll under Katie Wilson. They provide a wide range of classes that cater to everyone in stunning facilities and studios. All staff are lovely and helpful. I’ve never had an issue with parking. I owe ACS so much and will always be grateful to Di and Mark for all they’ve done (and continue) to do for me. So get dancing!!”

They fixed it within a couple of hours spotting the problem quickly after another garage missed it completely and basically said I’d need a new engine. I can’t thank these guys enough ! “Took my 911 to Onyx to have the springs changed for a set of 20mm lowered Eibachs. Really friendly service, a nice clean unit and Ben kept me fully up to date on everything going on. Received the car back and although the job took a lot longer than they thought, they only charged me a bit more. Still a very good price compared to what independent Porsche garages wanted, and the Onyx facility looked a lot better than most of those too. Really pleased with how the car looks now, and the handing/ride hasn't been adversely affected - it really feels planted to the road now. While I was there I couldn't resist a run on the dyno, something I've not done for many years! Definitely a lot of fun, and nice to get a graph to put with the folder of my car, along with the videos of it on the rollers. If you have a performance car definitely do this if you are local. All in all, a great bunch of lads with a nice business/facility going, and I'm sure I'll be back at some point. Thanks!”

It provides an essential space for music and theatre in a way no other venue now does in Watford. From amateur theatre and kids theatre groups, to live music of all sorts, Watford would be artistically poorer without the Pump House. It should be supported and protected at all costs.”
