The quality of the units are amazing and would always use German going forward and recommend Kuchen. There was a few issues along the way but John ensured that everything was finished to perfection and the issues were rectified. Some of the issues were out of his control like oven was broken and you would not know this till we opened the box. The worktop people were so professional and their work was really top quality. The wrong size sink arrived and the Quartz was fitted. The worktop people sorted this out and you can see how good it was done.”

I booked a consultation and was impressed how professional her home set up is. I felt listened to and she walked me through everything i had any reservations about.
