“Amazing service from Karen, always goes above and beyond for customers and genuinely cares for people which is so hard to find in retail, and has always been highly professional in every situation, even when dealing with some truly awful people that have been verbally abusive to her and other staff in Harrow. The shop is great and the staff work hard to keep their customers happy and loyal.
