“We had the most incredible experience at Hounslow Urban Farm and I say that as a regular visitor. The staff are consistently friendly, calm and genuinely helpful. You can tell they care deeply about the animals and about giving children a proper, hands on experience rather than something rushed or staged. My son did the Ranger Experience for his birthday and he genuinely said it was the best day of his life. He fed the pigs, groomed a Shetland pony, fed and hugged the sheep and goats and was encouraged to get fully involved the whole time. The animals are clearly well loved and cared for and very friendly, which makes the experience feel safe, interactive and memorable rather than just observational. It feels personal, warm and thoughtfully run. As someone who visits regularly, I can honestly say the quality never drops. Highly recommend!”

“Absolutely love this place!! It was my first time going to this place, and i only wanted my natural hair cornrowed back but unfortunately i had to wash and blow dry it first as I had previous products in my hair (so that was my fault lol). Aside from that, the service was 10/10. The 2 staff ladies were absolutely wonderful and even offered me a beverage while my hair was being blow dried. Love this place and will definitely be coming back !!! Once you come to this place, you can tell that the staff and owner really do have loving and caring connections with their clients.”

“Perfect Little Supermarket in London Heathrow Terminal 3 This is a great little supermarket tucked in LHR terminal 3. It has everything from fresh fruit to packaged sandwiches to milk to ready made dinners. Fantastic place to pick up all you could want after a flight. The only thing it doesn't have is raw meats, and who really needs those after a long haul flight. Always spotlessly clean with friendly helpful staff. Would totally recommend.”

“yeah, it's more expensive than the stores outside the airport but at least they don't take the p155 quite to the same degree as WHSmith do in their airport stores. A bottle of diet coke in this boots will cost you £2.50 Vs £4.99 at WHSmith. the store has most of what you might need and food wise they have meal deals available too.”

“This Boots drugstore is very small, but you can find everything you might need on a whim—toiletries, some medications, healthy snacks, and plenty of chilled drinks. The prices are better than any other store in the airport, so I would recommend buying things there! There are self-checkout counters where you can get assistance if needed.
