“I was referred to St Marks late November 2024 and was offered an appointment with the surgeon mid January 2025. I thought this was a super quick referral time. I saw Mr Kapil Sahnan and from the moment I stepped into the room I felt at ease. My appointment was on time and lasted longer than I expected. At no point did I feel rushed. Mr Kapil Sahnan has the most calming voice and explains everything in simple terms but detailed. He took on board my PTSD from previous surgery elsewhere and showed empathy. It's a rare find to find a surgeon with his knowledge and skill set combined with kindness, empathy and interest in the patient. I had my surgery last week and can honestly say that every member of staff I met were lovely, professional, and kind when I was worried. Mr Kapil Sahnan's medical team are as amazing as him. A special shout out to the anaesthetists and theatre staff. I felt really safe and looked after at all times. I found the hospital to be spotless. I was on Gladstone 2 post op and everyone who looked after me were so kind. I found the ward to be organised, even the food wasn't too bad! I had robotic surgery and would highly recommend this hospital.”

“Never had a bad experience here. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and know what they’re talking about which makes shopping more enjoyable. On one occasion the item I wanted was not available but the staff member was still able to offer good advice. Good range of products too. Have found cookware/cleaning items I couldn’t find elsewhere.”

“Pretty much ever since this place opened we've been meaning to visit and just never really got round to it. Recently we popped in for a quick lunch during some christmas shopping and my main take home is how annoyed I was at waiting so long to visit! We had a bao and dirty fries meal (with a drink) each - both less than a tenner each and so so good. The bao were fluffy with clearly freshly made ingredients (i had the short rib and my partner the fried chicken), both with portions of dirty fries (i had katsu and she had the vietnamese). The portions of fries alone would have made a meal and were so good. If you want fantastic food, freshly cooked and served quickly, at reasonable prices then I can't recommend this place more. My partner said she was really disappointed that we don't live local enough for somewhere like this to be available on a delivery app. Personally i was quite glad it wasn't close enough as i think we'd end up ordering from them several times a week1”

It took one appointment with Jaz for me to find the answer to those questions. That was over 3 years ago and I am still regularly going to get my lashes done. Jaz is fantastic at what she does, she really helps to ease all concerns and helps you figure out exactly what works for you. Whether you want something soft and natural or heavy and full glam Jaz has the style for you. She is extremely professional in her conduct and very punctual too. She definitely knows how to run her business well and makes her clients the priority. Jaz always reaches out to her clients beforehand to confirm appointments and address any concerns or queries. She will take out the time to really explain process so that the client feels entirely at ease and satisfied with both the process and result. I trust her a lot and even then got my lip and brow tattoo from her. A full face of JazLooks! I couldn't recommend her enough, she makes her clients feel really comfortable and is amazing at what she does.”

“Sajjad is top draw. He is responsive, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. I had to get my accounts done at fairly short notice which he did not make a big deal of it. Everything he needed was requested clearly and he called me to fill in any gaps. As they were the first accounts, two submissions had to be made to HMRC. Whilst others were charging extra for this, Sajjad said he wouldn't as it wasn't that much extra work. I appreciated this honesty and realised throughout the service that is actually just who he is. Highly recommended.”
