“Jan was absolutely brilliant, she was super responsive and easy to get a hold of. My cat isn’t going exactly super good at travelling to new places. As soon as we met Jan she started to calm her down and make her feel at ease. Once the grooming started my cat loved it, Jan was so gentle and delicate with her.
