She provided apporpriate excercises to regain strength and advised me on what activities to avoid. Booking apointments was very easy and flexible and the website makes learning excercises easy. The buildings facilities were continually maintained to a high standard through the day. Easy to get to on the DLR and great views of the runway to watch some planes take off and land. Didn’t go in, but the gym there looked really awesome too.”
