βI've been a regular at Walthamstow Leisure Centre for a while, and it never ceases to amaze me. The facilities are excellent, especially the table tennis area. The tables are always in excellent condition, and there's plenty of space to move around, making it perfect for a good competitive game with my mates. The staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The overall atmosphere is welcoming. I also appreciate the centre's cleanliness and maintenance. Everything is always spotless, and you can see the staff's effort to keep it that way. Overall, Walthamstow Leisure Centre is my go- to place for table tennis and other recreational activities. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and well-maintained leisure centre. Five stars all the way!β

βI visited Richu at Fitfixtherapy regarding some mobility issues I was having. She was super helpful and went through a thorough history to find out as to why I may have the issue. As a competitive Powerlifter, mobility is key. Once Richu got to the root of the issue, she got to work in our sessions and also gave me a home care plan to consistently work on it. These things are not fixed in one session and it takes time for the body to readjust and relearn. I would highly recommend Fitfixtherapy to anyone I know as you will only get a first class service.β

We have been struggling to find a practitioner that doesn't just prescribes you pain killers and doesn't fix the issue, but Michael is an exeptional doctor that really loves what he does and he is really willing to help in fixing the issue, not just postpond the pain. He is super kind, understanding, attendive, carefull and definitely meets high standards of services that he provides. I will highly reccomen his practice to anyone who has been around the NHS system and private health care, where they don't focus on fixing the issues.
