“The Best Osteopath in London! I have been coming to Dr Christoph for 2 years now and I feel like a new person each time I leave his clinic. As an endurance athlete I often suffer from injuries in various places, including dislocated SI joint, hip problems and a dislocated ribs in a thoracic spine... Dr Christoph has been able to treat every one of them, each time. He also offers acupuncture and his hands are truly magical. Always a positive attitude and a very pleasant atmosphere. This is a best place you can go to! Very highly recommend!”

“I had been struggling with hamstring and gluteal pain and went to see Daniel for a sports massage thinking it was just tightness after running. After a thorough assessment Daniel diagnosed me with sciatic pain and over 4 appointments gave me acupuncture and pressure point massage to help relieve the pain and exercises / stretches to do at home. I was very impressed by his overall knowledge and in particular his understanding of how my body worked and what I needed to support me back to fitness and back to running. Highly recommended.”

“I injured my lower back while playing badminton. I visited Nilesh while I was in acute pain. Nilesh is exceptionally knowledgeable and very courteous. His analysis about my back pain was perfect. Nilesh gave me a good reasoning for my back pain. I started feeling much better just after my first appointment. I really appreciate his advice on the changes I can make in my daily routine to avoid back injuries. Nilesh also supported me on telephone to check the progress which was really comforting. I have no hesitation in recommending Nilesh to anyone.”

He quickly identified the problem, explained everything clearly, and tailored the treatment really well. My shoulders feel so much better now, and I’ve regained a lot of movement I thought would take much longer to get back.”

“I was referred to Jake at Pioneer Physio regarding my knee which had previously had meniscus tear and ACL reconstruction surgery. My knee felt like it was going to give way and was swollen, the objective was to strengthen my knee and surrounding muscles in order to prevent further surgery. I have been very pleased with my treatment and have found Jake to be very professional and able to tailor my exercises very well in order for my knee to feel much stronger in a relatively short time. Currently I do not feel that further knee surgery will be required and I would definitely recommend Pioneer Physio.”

I have had a back problem for the last 3 years which has prevented me from enjoying my usual activities After seeing various specialists I thought I would give these guys a try. “I cannot recommend Sean Wickenden highly enough! Having visited numerous physiotherapists over the years, I can confidently say that none have matched the depth of knowledge, professionalism, and effectiveness that Sean always demonstrates in his treatments. I had really bad knee pain and I was expecting the focus of treatment to be around the knee itself. However, Sean quickly and accurately found the root cause, highlighting the weakness and imbalances in my hips and lower back, and without hesitation or second-guessing! Thanks to his expert assessment, and also providing a tailored exercise program, I am now completely pain-free. Sean's approach is both insightful and has given me great results, and I most definitely recommend him to anyone! Thanks Sean.”

“I initially started seeing Dan for pain in my shoulder. He immediately recognised the problem and, after following his recommended exercises, I noticed a significant improvement after a couple of months. Following this, I thought I'd also mention that I'd been having knee pain for a few years. The issue was immediately diagnosed and again, the improvement has been significant. Dan is very knowledgeable and approachable. He clearly explains how to do the exercises but also why we're doing them and the impact it has on the body. Highly recommend!”

“I was suffering from neck pain and exhausted all NHS treatment so I decided to give one last chance to get rid of 2 years of pain. I am a former professional athlete, still regularly training so this pain was really bothering me. I walked into the clinic, Martha treated me with her magic hands and I walked away pain free. It was a true miracle! The pain and stiffness returned after a few days although much less severe, I say 50% as Martha had anticipated. I then saw Martha weekly for a further 4 treatments and the symptoms were getting better and better. After the 5th session, differently from all other physiotherapists I tried in the past, she recommended to wait and see rather than having more treatment. 3 weeks later the pain had totally disappeared and I was still training, so no disruption to my routine. 6 weeks later I am still pain free and I can finally move my neck without any problems, I can read books and watch TV without having to constantly move, stretch and use all sorts of techniques to try and live a normal life. All of this without taking any medication which I am strongly against. As said I have tried many physiotherapists in the past and Martha is surely the best, au pair with the physiotherapist we had in the national rowing team in the 90s. I will surely see Martha again for all my joints' trouble which inevitably will show up with age.”

“The moment of dread when I realised that I had seriously injured my shoulder was replaced with a calming thought that I knew exactly who to turn to. I made the call to Ruislip Physiotherapy Team, who I had visited previously with lower back pain. From the very first phone call, the receptionist was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful in finding me an appointment quickly. Within 3 days, I had an appointment with whoever was available, and this was when I met the lovely Adam and started my healing journey. The patience and care of my treatment over the following months was second to none. The rollercoaster of a partially torn rotator cuff meant a lot of ups and downs and slow, steady recovery, which Adam guided me through with expertise and reassurance. Every visit was made easier by the friendly and welcoming reception team, who always greeted me with a smile and made scheduling and any queries completely stress-free. I cannot recommend Ruislip Physiotherapy Team enough — from the first point of contact to the ongoing treatment, the whole experience was outstanding.”

“I first connected with Adam when pregnant as I was classified as ‘high risk’ and wanted to find natural ways to manage that. I believe using classical acupuncture techniques supported relaxation and the natural birth process I was committed to. I returned to Eden Clinic with some wrist and neck issues from breast feeding and Adam helped with pain relief and mobilisation. I have more recently returned as a client to Adam with upper back issues and again he has brought comfort and relief to me, and brought my health back on track. I’d highly recommend Adam Leighton for anyone in or near the Barnet area who is looking for a registered professional.”

“I have only visited this clinic twice to see a physiotherapist, and on two separate occasions for different reasons. I was extremely impressed on both occasions. On my first visit I was experiencing severe pains down my right leg and wondered what could be done. The physio massaged my lower spine for about 2 minutes, and amazingly, the pain went away and has not rerurned. My second visit, 12 months later, was to ask for advice about going to the gym. I was worried that if I resumed my twice-weekly trips to the gym, my leg pains would return after being pain-free for a year. This time aI saw a different physio who showed me some very helpful exercises. On both occasions the male physiotherapists were very extremely personable and clearly knew their stuff. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending this clinic.”

“I do the clinical pilates class for recovery from back surgery and its the thing that has helped me more than anything. The staff are extremely well qualified and tailor the exercises to what you need and push you to the right degree. Catherine takes my usual class and is outstanding and understands my needs implicitly. There is a new instructor, Sophie, who is also excellent and added some great new exercises to my routine. Everyone at the clinic is really helpful and welcoming. Its been a while since I needed a full physio appointment but I saw Jacqui regularly in the past and she really helped to give me a pathway out of daily pain to functional exercise.”
