“Snowflakes is a great nursery. I'm really happy with it. My 1st son was there from 2009 - 2012 and I'm now back with my daughter who is just under 2. Both my children never cried going into the nursery. Staff are so nurturing , friendly, and professional. The manager is great, very approachable always receives me with a smile and willingness to help and make my daughter experience the best one. My daughter loves it there. I get daily updates with pictures of her and commetns on her development. For the very fewest times my daughter has been unwell or hurt herself whilst at nursery, staff have acted appropriately and informed me promptly. One of great things I love is also the fact that everything is included, from nappies, to milk, to food. For me as a working mum that is great, not to have to worry about having to pack a bag everyday.”

“Both of my children attend this nursery. One started at 10 months old and one at 2 years old. The staff are absolutely amazing with both of them. I can truly say I have so much faith in all of the staff and the nursery itself! I even leave my children there beyond there normal hours and the nursery are happy to work around my work schedule. “Great job, entrusting your baby to have their ears pierced is a big deal at 3 months. Rob did a great job both putting me at easy and piercing my littleones ears. Nice selection of earrings at reasonable prices which included piercing and aftercare liquid with instructions. I travelled over an hour across London but it was well worth the drive. Parking available nearby. Thx”

“Les Chatons is simply a wonderful nursery -- we couldn't ask for a better place to send our 3 year old. She has been attending Les Chatons for over a year and in that time has developed in so many aspects, not least in her grasp of French and Spanish. Our daughter absolutely loves the wonderful teachers and her time there, so much so that she has asked me to increase the number of days that she attends. Marie-Laurence impressed us from our first meeting with her when we were looking at different nurseries. She clearly has a deep knowledge of early education and has done an amazing job at combining skills development with a warm, caring and fun environment that allows plenty of space for kids to be kids. Les Chatons also stands apart in how flexible they are in accommodating different schedules and how well they communicate with us as parents, both on a daily basis and with termly progress reports and meetings. I cannot say enough good things about Les Chatons -- we, and importantly, our daughter, absolutely love the nursery and staff and will be very sad to move on! “As a mother, I can wholeheartedly say that KidsLab is the best nursery in Canary Wharf — if not all of London. My son joined them just before his first birthday and settled in within a week without much hassle. Since I was a working mom, I always felt I might miss out on important milestones, but the staff at KidsLab never made me feel that way. I received pictures and videos of all the special moments, and that made such a difference. What really sets them apart is how they include parents in the journey. The staff genuinely take the time to get to know the child through conversations with parents, so they can support each child better. I have had so many warm, thoughtful chats with the team, they are not transactional at all, and always make you feel like part of a family. The staff truly care, and they ensure that the children are constantly learning through activities, rhymes, garden playtime, drama, and dance classes — making sure there is holistic development and lots of joy in the process. My son is a curious, active child, and I have seen incredible growth, not just intellectually but also emotionally and socially. He has learnt empathy, discipline, and how to thrive in a social setup. I often get compliments about how intelligent he is, and a lot of that credit goes to the amazing team at KidsLab. Huge, huge kudos to Juliana, Runi, Danielle, Vanessza, Radhika, and every single member of the team. As a mother, I can proudly say KidsLab is a wonderful place, and I couldn’t recommend it more if you are looking for a nurturing, engaging nursery for your little one.”

Nayyar her key worker was the best, always giving us a snippet of her day but how happy she is to go there and the stories I hear from her afterwards is satisfaction enough. “I would 100% recommend Noah's Ark Day Nursery. My son started the nursery at 9 months and recently left for primary school, but he loved attending full-time. “Sad that my little one is leaving to go to big school, my daughter loved coming here, they taught her so much and is definitely ready for school and have done so well getting her ready for school. Some of the things my daughter has learnt is amazing! The staff work hard, all the staff are so lovely and the manager is so passionate about every child being her little treasure. The difference between other nurseries and this nursery is that Michelle (manager) does not see the nursery as a ‘business’ but a home where she treats all the families and children like her own and is very supportive. “I’ve had conversations on the phone and in person with a number of different staff since my daughter has started full time in Nov 2024. I have been really impressed with them all and the quality of communication I’ve received. It’s always so hard leaving your baby with strangers and I speak from experience of 3 different well-established nurseries (2 of which were rated Outstanding by Ofsted) that my elder child had been at. The experience so far with Boys & Girls Croxley has been really good. The updates via the Blossom app are prompt throughout the day helping me keep up with my daughter’s experience and reassuring me about her wellbeing. The photos and well thought-out daily activities cover a real breadth of topics and developmental opportunities and I’m seeing the positive changes in her as a result. When she has been unfortunate enough to have little accidents or difficulty falling asleep or being upset, the staff have kept me informed and personalised their response to her by calling and making me aware of all the things they have tried and asking if there is anything else they might be able to do to help her feel more comfortable. She has settled in really well and I would highly recommend this nursery to Others based on my experience so far.”
