βI just completed the 4 week beginner course at Ealing Pole Studio, and I couldnβt be more pleased with the experience! This was my first time trying pole dancing, and I was honestly a bit intimidated at first. However, Alex, our instructor, was absolutely amazing. She was attentive, calm, and incredibly persistent in helping me and the other students master the moves. What stood out the most was how invested she was in our success not just in getting the moves right, but in teaching us the technique behind them. Her focus on building a solid understanding of each move made a huge difference in my progress. Iβve already been surprised by how much Iβve achieved in just four weeks. If youβre considering starting your pole dancing journey, I highly recommend this course. Iβm excited to start the improvers class to see what else is possible!β
βIβve been meaning to visit this studio for a while, but after a bad experience at another one near where I live, I held off. I usually take private lessons because the community in my area isnβt very welcoming or diverse (I donβt live in London). One day after work, I realised this studio is only about 15 minutes from my office in London so I decided to stop by for open pole. Iβm so glad I did! I met Akila, who was absolutely the sweetest, and all the girls I met that night were so kind and amazing and inspiring and confident. The whole vibe was so positive and welcoming. The studio is pretty af and so is everyone in it! Iβll definitely try to come back for classes but if not, Iβll be here for open pole for sure!β
βIf youβre thinking of trying pole you should absolutely do it!! Did the 6 week beginners course and I wasnβt particularly fit beforehand but everyone was so lovely and you build up strength really quickly! My trainer, Jai, was incredibly lovely and encouraging! Had the best time and will definitely be back!β
βMy daughter has been going to MGM movement at Essex Pole and Tone for nearly 2 years now. She has gained such incredible confidence and new skills and talent doing aerial silks and hoop! She loves the friends she has made! Maisy and Yasmin have such patience and encouragement always for all the children! I would definitely recommend coming on down and trying!β
βSuch an incredible place to train pole dancing. The owner Veronica is an amazing instructor who puts her heart into teaching and making her students better and better each time. I had an incredible time when I was going there, I could see a great improvement in my strength and flexibility over only a couple of months. The atmosphere at the studio is super friendly, the instructors are lovely and helpful. The studio itself is well looked after, clean and spacious. There's always water and snacks available for students. I never experienced any problems when attending classes at Exotica Pole Dance and if I could, I'd spend all my time there. It's the best place to go to if you want to become a great pole dancer.β
βI can't recommend Annabelle's pole classes enough! Absolutely love the energy she brings to each and every lesson whilst making you feel confident and fabulous. Size, flexibility, age or anything else matters in Fearless classes, pole is for everyone!β
βJust started my course at AYA and Iβm so impressed with the teaching style and atmosphere. I was so scared to start something like this in a group but everyone was welcoming and the tutor took time to watch us individually and guide us. Venue wise, my sat nav took me to the road before Oakley but I quickly realised to follow it around, taking two right turns and that brings you to the front of the South Norwood venue.β
βTake a class!! I highly recommend learning pole with Lia! I didnβt have a great deal of upper body strength despite always being fit but that all changed when I started pole classes at Pole Academy LDN. Fast forward a few years and Iβm the strongest Iβve ever been and just love pole. Iβm 50 and proud of what Iβve achieved so far, moving through from beginners to high intermediate/advanced. It's a really great full body workout, so much fun & I would recommend to everyone! The instructors and students are so friendly, body positive and welcoming. Give it a try!β

βMarina is an excellent instructor. I have made good progress under her teaching. The studio is spacious, clean and has a good vibe.β
βI absolutely love taking classes with Edd. He makes each session fun, supportive, and empowering. His lessons are well-structured, and I highly recommend his classes, especially if you're new to pole dancing and want to start on the right foot.β
βI've been going to this place for aerial hoop and I had a great and fun experience in there! The Spanish teacher (Irene) has a great technical skills to teach all the tricks and transitions while making sure you are safe!. If you are thinking of starting aerial hoop I strongly recommend this place!β
βGreat teachers with fun and friendly atmosphere, where the impossible all becomes possible! I really love how everyone encourages and cheers each other on, having come for the exercise and challenge, the added bonus has been making amazing friends along the way!β

βThe pole studio balham is currently one of my favourite places to be! Classes are pretty cheap and the instructors are lovely and encouraging, especially Sandra whose classes Iβm mainly in and Laurinda who Iβve had a couple classes with.β
βIβm really not sure why there is such negative comments here. The studio has moved to new premises and I havenβt had any issues whatsoever, if I contact them via insta they reply really quickly and have been nothing but very helpful actually I would say going above and beyond at times so thank you to whoever is responding to me, I have cancelled classes via the app and have received refunds straight away and if I want to book full studio hire via email the team responding has been quick and very helpful (Shannon). The teachers are great here and the offer they have on is amazing, such a great variety of classes to choose from. I really like to hire the small studio which is great if you want some private time but even pole hire is cheap and you get longer than other places. I really like this place! Rock up wearing what you like and no one bats an eyelid, sling on your best stripper shoes if you feel in the mood and teaching that is explained and taught in a way that you understand. Oh and I will add they have a very good floor which is important for all that sliding and rolling around.β
βI have admired pole dancing for years and finally decided to give it a try. When I actually tried it, I felt frustrated because my body is stiff and heavy, making it hard to control. However, it was so much fun! The instructors were all kind and taught me patiently. I would love to continue attending classes. Thank you for such an enjoyable time!β
βWent last night had dance with one beautiful lady and all I can say is wow u rocked my world we not from Essex but will definitely be going back thereβ
βI'm 3 weeks into the 3 month professional course. If you can do this course, then I highly recommend it. It is tough, you are training a full 5 days a week, the teachers will push you. Eventhough you are pushed to your limits, it is done with understanding and with care to the body. Yes it is a tough training, but the empathy and understanding really balance it out. In these 3 weeks I have learnt such valuable lessons. You have a pilates teacher too, these classes really helps you understand your body and how to work it correctly. Also the girls I'm training with, well I couldn't ask for a better group of people to train with. There is so much support on each other to succeed, from students and teachers, it really is lovely. My best advice to anyone considering doing a intensive course with gravity circus is, do it!!! You won't regret it.β
