“This was a lovely country park to visit for a family walk. We visited in February so the paths were a bit muddy, but nothing wellie boots didn't solve! The paths has directed walks to follow and the grounds had lovely views. There was even a giant tree trunk to walk along. There were public toilets that were accessible, which were required for the younger children. A lovely afternoon walk. Would recommend.”

“Wonderful property! Very tastefully decorated, great amenities, very clean and spacious, pool was clean and warm particularly for the grandkids! We love the location for it's proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, biking, etc. We always use the boat which Shane makes available and have a wonderful time boating to various restaurants and beach areas. We've stayed here multiple times with our family and grandkids and it's always at the top of our list! I'd highly recommend this property for a family and friends Florida vacation. I would also add that Shane and his wife are extremely accommodating, responsive, and go above and beyond to assure a wonderful stay, even providing welcome food, drinks, and amenities to assure a great start to your stay.”

“I’ve been using the gym and pool facilities at The Pavilion for a while now, and I have to say — it’s an absolute gem, especially for the price. The gym is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with everything from free weights to resistance machines and cardio equipment. The showers and changing facilities are always spotless, making post-workout refreshment super convenient. Special shout-out to the gym staff who are always friendly, supportive, and approachable. Whether you’re a regular or just getting started, they make you feel welcome and help you get the most out of your fitness journey. The pool is another huge highlight. Clean, well-maintained, and rarely overcrowded — it’s honestly a steal at this price point. Whether you’re doing laps or just looking to unwind, the atmosphere is always calm and enjoyable. Unfortunately, the experience at the bowling alley doesn’t match the standard of the rest of the facility. Booking a lane feels like you need to be a mind-reader or a magician, and the staff there could really use some basic training in customer service. We were rushed during our game — to the point where we weren’t even able to complete our turns properly, which was disappointing. If the bowling alley team could take a note from the gym and pool staff, The Pavilion would truly be a five-star facility across the board.”
