“Really friendly staff all around, from in the gym to the receptions to life guards. Facilities have always been clean and car park is usually full when I go, however there are always people coming in and out, I find usually on the hr is when spaces open up, at 11 at 12 at 1 etc.”

“Our daughter loves swimming at puddle ducks, and has for several years now. She has grown in confidence in the water impressively, it is one of the highlights of the week ! Thank you so much to Maria for your patience, kindness and dedication to Lily and all kids in the swimming class ! In addition the website is easy to use and if you miss a class, let them know in advance and you then get a "courtesy" lesson to make sure you don't miss out. Definitely worth it with small kids.”

“Beautiful natural escape with something for everyone! Fairlop Waters Country Park is a fantastic place to relax and enjoy nature. I visited with family and we had a lovely time walking around the lake, enjoying the fresh air, and taking in the peaceful scenery. It’s a spacious and well-maintained park with lots of open green areas, perfect for picnics, walking, or just unwinding. There are also activity options available like water sports and adventure areas, making it a fun spot for all age groups. Plenty of parking is available, and it’s a great place to spend a weekend or holiday with friends and family. Highly recommended!”

“I visited the Sports Centre Tennis Court to attend an event. I really had a good time. The reception staff member was kind, he directed us to the courts and changing rooms. The facilities were clean.”

“Came here for a 12:00 session on a Tuesday. It was the perfect amount of busy. We did t queue for anything. We opted for the 2 hour session, and very glad we did. We were very tired by the end, and ready to have some food, but had a great time. 2 hours is a good amount to do everything you want to, as many times as you want to. There are lots of other activities like cycling and motorboats to do afterwards or before.”

“Now the valentines park is a really big park considering it’s in ilford and I’m such a packed place so I recommend anyone who lives maximum 30minutes away from it come here and just have a good time and u might run in to celebrities like I did I met Ed Sheeran idk how”

“The reception area is often busy, and I can understand that the staff may feel stressed due to the high number of people requesting information. I have visited on several occasions and, unfortunately, I have sometimes experienced less-than-friendly interactions from some of the staff. That said, I feel it is important to recognize and appreciate Mrs. Vicky at the reception. She has always been exceptionally friendly, professional, and approachable. I have never seen her stressed, impolite, or in a bad mood. Her positive attitude truly stands out and makes a big difference.”
