My wife was already stressed when she arrived (imminent house move etc etc) and was even more flustered when she realised she had got the appointment date wrong! Violet calmed her down, arranged for her to be fitted in with her own dentist ((Tarique) and also arranged further appointments. The procedure itself was quick and done with great care. We were allowed to be present and comfort our baby immediately afterward. The doctor gave us clear post-care instructions and even provided written guidelines and a helpline in case we had concerns later on. Our baby was a bit fussy the first day, which we were told to expect, but he healed beautifully within a week. We followed the care instructions carefully, and we had a follow up appointment after 2 weeks. We’re grateful for how smoothly everything went and how compassionate the team was during a sensitive and emotional time for us.
