We have always found all the staff to be very friendly and knowledgeable and efficient. The very few times in all those years we have had a problem with our teeth we have been seen as soon as possible and nothing has been too much trouble. “Very pleased the service I received. Raza diagnosed the issue with my gearbox, the part was very hard to get, but they managed to get the part and quickly repair my car . They also delivered the car back to my house as I was unable to get back to the garage.”

“I had to wait 5 weeks for the NHS appointment. A big wisdom filling had fallen out but was not paining at all. As it's Christmas I expected drilling & was worried the Dentist would unsettle the tooth. No he simply filled it and all is great . Just the NHS standard fee charged.”

“Fantastic clinic which seems to specialise in maternity and x-ray. Very friendly and helpful staff, clinic was unbelievably clean. Only downside is very limited car parking onsite and all surrounding areas are resident zones, but it's not too far from Dagenham Heathway station which has great service.”

I booked online the Monday afternoon and got an appointment for Tuesday morning, next day. I got there just before 10am and was out of there by 10:10am. There was 4 people in front of me. Please take no notice of the silly woman who denigrated the Receptionist saying she had no reception skills. SUE is absolutely lovely, until my father passed away we all went to family dental practice, including my mum & dad, my auntie and uncle, my husband, myself and our son. My cousin did work experience there and is a dentist herself now on the strength of it!!! Keep up the good work!”

“I must say that a lot of these negative reviews of "the lady" doctor I find hard understand. I found her to be direct and efficient. Getting straight to the point. She ordered urgent bloods for me and asked the lab to double check the results given their nature. Then went on to expedite my hospital admission past triage. Once I was better she even said are you sure you're ready to go back to work, you've been exceptionally brave. My gut feeling is that those complaining are coming in for trivial, home remedy ailments that are readily treatable by a pharmacist or even at home.”
