“I have belonged to this surgery for the over 30yrs and seen many changes and not for the better. I have not personally had any negative interaction with the reception staff but I know patients who have. To get through on the phone for an appointment is a nightmare so I now use my NHS App. which is far quicker and easy to get an appointment. The only reason my husband and I continue to use Plumstead Health Centre is because of Dr Gupta. She is a brilliant doctor. She is a caring doctor. She doesn’t have the prescription written out while you are still talking to her. Because she is so popular you may have to wait a bit longer to see her. All the time she is there I will continue to be a patient of Plumstead Health Centre.”
