The meat dishes, including the ribs and mixed grill, were absolutely outstanding - cooked to perfection and full of deliciousness. The calamari was a delightful surprise, large and flavorful, and the bread was irresistibly good. One standout dish was the Lamb Beyti, which was nothing short of amazing. The tomato sauce that accompanied the dishes was a true culinary delight. The overall dining experience at Koz Ocakbasi was one to remember, with each dish leaving me wanting more. “I went there with my friend for lunch, a lot of choices on the menu and they also have a kids menu. Reasonable prices, clean and friendly staffs. A lot of sitting area, we were there with two buggies and we did have enough space to move around.”

“Thought we’d try the Halloween event with the kids. Great, friendly service as always with a yummy selection of food, drinks and cocktails. Very family friendly and had lots of decorations and sweets for the kids and free food if they were in fancy dress. Karaoke was set up too, as we were leaving, but the kids managed a quick Huntr/X rendition before we left. We’ll be back again soon :)”

“This is a very nice place serving a very nice authentic Iraqi food a very delicious a very good price not and was Elan restaurant. That is not alarm at alarm. In West Ealing restaurants are much more expensive much more overpriced to know the stuff in broad daylight over that but this restaurant is not like at all it is reasonable price affordable for families for all group of people unfortunately my children they are they were allergic once when we want that and they started vomiting on the on the pavement outside. But I don't but I tell them we can go back but they are they are they say no but I go with my friends all the time absolutely no problems at all. So I love it I wish there were more restaurants affordable and good service and nice and clean and tidy and beautiful thank you very much bye-bye.”

“Last night, I went here for dinner with my family, and honestly, it was a wonderful experience! Tried chicken tikka and kebab roll here for the first time - both were so delicious that I can't even describe them in words. The butter chicken was also very very very tasty! The service was excellent- the waitress was extremely kind, spoke with a lovely smile and the service was really fast. I would definitely love to come here again. “Used Falcon for airport transfers to / from Heathrow. Did all bookings via email. Response rate was super quick (literally minutes), with terms and conditions clear. I asked for the taxi to arrive 1 hr 20mins after flight lands. Worked perfectly (as I know exiting airport can take long). So no waiting time charged. As long as when making bookings you state number of passengers, number of suitcases (check-in and cabin) and for airports ask how much drop off fees or parking fees are (though falcon were good and told me anyway) you won't go wrong. Also falcon provided driver tracking, automated receipt, booking confirmation etc. Prices were competitive. Drivers used were helpful and good communicators. Cars were really nice (one was a Mercedes van and other was a Mitsubishi SUV - prob because we had a lot of suitcases). Definitely recommend as hassle free and customer service great (both email replies and call centre clear and polite)”

One particular gentleman who manages the attendance stands out – he is incredibly friendly, respectful, and approachable.
