“9/8/2024: I had my hair cut by Nicola today and she was amazing. It was my first time here and I brought photos of my last cut as I wanted it the same; (my usual hairdresser for 10+ years has retired from hairdressing). Nicola was brilliant all the way through. She talked through what she was doing with my hair at each stage, checking I was ok with it and was so friendly, engaging and easygoing. She made me feel at ease from the get go and talking with her was just like having a chat with a friend. Nicola also worked incredibly quickly and efficiently; (my short hair didn't need a lot off it, but nonetheless, I think it's the quickest anybody has ever cut my hair!). I was anxious about going to a salon again, and feel I really lucked out with a hairdresser who ticked all the boxes. I was so happy that I got my next haircut booked in before I left the salon; (most of the time I tend to leave it until my hair is driving me up the wall!). Upon collecting my click and collect order, the manager asked if I placed my order through the app, which I had, and he informed me that one of the items I had ordered had a buy one get one free offer for orders placed through the app. So I placed an order again using the appropriate voucher code, and he refunded me for the original item, and hey presto, I got one free!! You couldn't ask for a better experience.”
