Even more amazing are the prices, you'd expect little shops like this to be extortionate, but no, cheap as chips, the way it should be. As the metal had been twisted it wasn't an easy job but the guy stuck with it and the new key works perfectly. I was nervous because they said it was a difficult job, and would take quite some time. The team did the most phenomenal job! It looks beautifully neat and has been expertly done. It did take time but that was fully understandable considering the task. I was more than happy to wait and for it to be done properly, as opposed to them rushing and doing a sub par job. I thought, based off the work I have seen in reviews, it would be good but it completely exceeded my expectations. It also didn’t take as long as I expected (but it definitely took a while. To reiterate, that is much better than rushing and having a poor result). I will never take my shoes anywhere else to be fixed or altered. Totally worth the money. Thank you so, so much.
