“A huge shout out to Dave at B & D Tyres, Collier Row. I've been a customer of theirs for decades but today has probably been the best customer service I have received to date. My car needed a couple of bits sorted for it's M.O.T and armed with pictures, took it to a garage someone pointed me in the direction of. Without even looking at the pictures I took, they tried telling me I needed a complete new part, when all I needed was a clip. The guy was pushy & constantly cutting me off when I tried to speak. I said I'd let him know & headed to B & D for a new tyre. We got chatting and I showed Dave the pictures. He agreed that the garage was talking pony. He said if I left the car with him for a bit, he'd sort it & give me a call. An hour later, he rang and said it was all done. Not only did Dave & his team sort everything, they had then driven the car back to the test centre for it's retest and sorted that too. I was speechless. Dave made my day. He didn't need to do all that, that's not his job but I tell you what, that level of service is exactly WHY I have been a customer of theirs for decades. THANKYOU B & D! And thank YOU, Dave!”

The staff in here are amazing and they were the ones who recommended some of the best snacks to eat especially the gusto puffs (they are really addictive). “I visited with my son for the first time. I was a bit apprehensive as he is a very nervous patient and had not gone to the dentist in under 5 years. But I spotted a framed award sitting on the mantelpiece that the practice was a finalist for nervous patients in the London area which was really reassuring to see. The receptionist was friendly and chatting to another patient that they shared the same birthday. It was a nice clean waiting area. Although not used to seats dotted about. The dentist was reassuring with my son and calmed his nerves. It was just a routine check up. But he was happy to answer all my questions after. What stood out was meeting the implant dentist at reception on checking out. He included me in his conversation as he was trying to book his leave at reception about the various holidays he was going on and was really friendly and very funny! He made me laugh. I left feeling positive at a good well run practice and approachable staff.”
