“I am very happy to highly recommend Lee Rosewell at Roulotte Services. Our 1997 Autosleeper Executive motorhome developed electrical problems. I wanted someone knowledgeable and empathetic to fix it without breaking the bank. Lee quickly found what was wrong, let me know the parts required and how much they would cost, diagnosed and fixed some other problems, checked and undertook some unrelated minor required maintenance. He gave me helpful advice on how to avoid issues around battery charging. I agree with other reviewers that Lee is an honest, thorough, and professional operator and I am pleased to have found someone I can trust to maintain our old motorhome.”

“We popped in to look at some soft furnishings after previously visiting and having a very happy experience about two years ago.. So thinking we’d have a look about which we did only for the staff to recognise us (from 2 years previously) and be aware of what we had purchased and where we were from.. absolutely outstanding service, the owner should be very very happy with his staff. The service we always receive is second to none. So to be recognised from a previous purchase is fantastic.. Btw the furniture we purchased is still as new… So no need to go to the big furniture companies and be a number, just visit The London Road Furniture Company and feel as an individual and very valued.. “The staff at the Sevenoaks shop are always so friendly and helpful. I'm a pensioner and usually walk my dog in, and around, town. I find it difficult to shop so I do it online, BUT this shop's staff are always willing to help. Someone keeps an eye on my dog, while I do a quick shop. “6 years after a ridiculously traumatic experience I was convinced by a good friend to undertake some therapy. A different medically qualified friend recommended Catherine and her advice was duly followed. Following a couple of consultations we agreed to try the therapy along with the EMDR technique which Catherine practices. I have been genuinely surprised at the effectiveness of this approach. It's now 5 months later, and I am signed off. My background is as a research scientist, and I observe that I sleep better, am more effective at work and am generally far happier and function far better. Friends, including the one who recommended I try therapy, commented openly from the start of treatment that there was a noticeable improvement in my demeanour and mood. I had left this 6 years as I am used to overcoming pretty much anything that life throws at me. After undertaking this treatment I really do wish I had done it far earlier. Catherine took time to express concerns that there were some ongoing issues which may not be appropriate for EMDR; yet I have to report excellent results even for those ongoing concerns (more major irritation's, rather than traumatic events). I truly hope you don't find yourself in a position where you need therapy for major trauma class events - but if you do, I can highly recommend Dr Catherine Baverstock.”
