“I do the clinical pilates class for recovery from back surgery and its the thing that has helped me more than anything. The staff are extremely well qualified and tailor the exercises to what you need and push you to the right degree. Catherine takes my usual class and is outstanding and understands my needs implicitly. There is a new instructor, Sophie, who is also excellent and added some great new exercises to my routine. Everyone at the clinic is really helpful and welcoming. “Visited the Runnymede hospital mainly for physio. My allocated physiotherapist was Joseph who has been amazing. He really listened to me throughout my visits and adjusted my exercises to match my many varied needs. He’s clearly very knowledgeable, in addition to exercises he also told my about shockwave therapy which is a noninvasive therapy (much better than blanket steroid injections typically offered by other therapists for pain management) and promotes actual healing.
