“I have only visited this clinic twice to see a physiotherapist, and on two separate occasions for different reasons. I was extremely impressed on both occasions. On my first visit I was experiencing severe pains down my right leg and wondered what could be done. The physio massaged my lower spine for about 2 minutes, and amazingly, the pain went away and has not rerurned. My second visit, 12 months later, was to ask for advice about going to the gym. I was worried that if I resumed my twice-weekly trips to the gym, my leg pains would return after being pain-free for a year. This time aI saw a different physio who showed me some very helpful exercises. On both occasions the male physiotherapists were very extremely personable and clearly knew their stuff. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending this clinic.”

“I was impressed by how organized and informative the London Zoo is. I visited with students to do a conservation workshop, and the quality of learning was outstanding. The zoo was incredibly clean, and constructed with so much purpose and intentionality. I appreciated that many animals that require larger enclosures were not located at this property and instead out at Whipsnade, though I still found it a little jarring having a zoo in the middle of a city, with roads literally passing through the middle of it. However, we saw how much work was being done to provide support and care for the animals, and it was clear that they are intentional in all they are doing. Would definitely recommend and visit again.”

“I had my surgery for a total left hip replacement at west Middlesex hospital on the 5th August 2020. Arjuna was my surgeon and looked after me with his team from day 1. I was the first day surgery case patient for a total hip replacement at the hospital (which is exploring new ways of working given the Covid environment backdrop). My personal experience with the team at west Middlesex has been fantastic and I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a great unit and indeed a great surgeon / consultant for surgery. The initial consultation for sign off for surgery, the pre - operative assessment and talking through the surgery procedure were all carried out with a high level of due care and clinical excellence. I felt as a patient that the over riding priority was achieving a great clinical outcome for me and my surgery. The day of the surgery was very well co ordinated and went smoothly. Admission was straightforward, I was administered local Anaesthetic and the surgery took around 2 hours. I arrived at 7.30am and was discharged around 7pm the same day. Just brilliant. Since discharge I have been in constant contact with Arjuna and the team and the physio unit. I have also had two follow up appointments where Arjuna has held office himself directly. I am now nearly 7 weeks post surgery and progressing well and will be back to see In 3 months time for an assessment and x ray on the new joint. Thank you to Arjuna and the whole west Middlesex team for their care and passion. They have cleverly demonstrated the high value of keeping these important services local. “After receiving a diagnosis of breast cancer abroad, I rushed home and was given an appointment on the NHS. Three days before I was due to be seen, it was postponed due to the junior Doctors strike. As I knew so little about my diagnosis, I couldn't face waiting in the dark for 12 more days, so I found Prof Vaidya online. After reading a ton of glowing reviews and his impressive credentials, I rang his secretary. To my surprise, he answered the call himself. I explained my situation, sent him my biopsy results and, ten minutes later, we spoke on Zoom. It was very easy to book online, and the Dr was efficient and pleasant, as was reception. No problem getting the scripts filled at a local Boots either. The location was very difficult to find as it has a very small door sign, and Google maps was useless. Just give yourself time to spare to find it!”
