“Walked in late lunch. Ordered bacon and egg soft bap. After debating which bread I wanted roll, sandwich or soft bap. Has got to be one of the best and reasonably priced lunch break for a long time. Staff very friendly and willing to help. And will literally go out of their way to accommodate if possible. Amazing service and food”

“I have been getting my haircut at Clay for nearly 15 years and whilst it’s always great, today I had my best haircut yet. I was served by Becky, a new hairdresser at the salon and she was amazing. I only came in for a wet cut, but she took the time to talk through products with me, blow drying techniques and I ended up paying for a full cut and blow dry. I love my hair, and really appreciate the effort that was put into my appointment, despite it initially being only a wet cut. Will definitely be requesting Becky again! Thank you!!”

“I had my first appointment at the Curly Club at Mint Salon with Michelle 3 days ago and I’m amazed at the results! Her expertise and experience with cutting and maintaining curls offer a wealth of knowledge during the appointment, and she knows exactly how to cut your hair to restore your curls to their natural bounce… and then some! My curls have gradually faded to a pretty non-descript wave over the years and I was desperate to stop fighting with hair straighteners and blow dryers and return to a natural look. In one session, my curls are looking so full and the frizz has almost completely gone already! I’ve had so many compliments and feel like a million dollars. “Great selection, and having ordered multiple times, I can say that the food is always very good in terms of quality, quantity and value for money. Friendly delivery people too. Only issue I have had (and not just once) is with the timed order function on the website. On one occasion, it arrived 90 minutes early and I had to send it back - we simply weren’t ready because we were in the middle of some DIY (which is why I ordered it for a set time). It’s happened since, albeit not with such an extreme difference between the time for which I requested delivery and the time food arrived. I’ve defaulted to just ordering later in the evening so that the delivery time is broadly the one I’d have chosen if the timed order function could be relied on. Like I say, that is the only gripe - just something of which to be aware if you’re someone that likes to place timed orders.”

“The best Chai latte I've ever had. Perfect temperature, perfectly made and tasted amazing! The atmosphere and vibe of the cafe is beautiful and would be a great place to come and do some work as there are plenty of plug sockets. I didn't get to try any food because the kitchen closes at 2.30pm I believe, but it's probably very good. Staff are also really nice and friendly and will bring your drink over to you if you are having it in. Definitely going to come back here! Highly recommend!”

“Wonderful. That probably doesn't do it justice. The location is idyllic. The house is gorgeous and the restaurant is beautifully decorated. We sat outside as it was a lovely day with a spectacular view across the valley. We went for the set menu. It's not cheap but actually it's not unreasonable for the quantity and quality of the food. A few surprises (ants - deliberately - on the sushi) which were utterly delicious. We had different choices and every one of them was fantastic. Service was brilliant - friendly and informative - and the whole experience was unrushed, relaxed and sublime. Couldn't have had a better celebration of our anniversary. I also can't reccommend it enough.”
