We walked in just 30 minutes before closing, fully aware it was a last-minute visit — but that didn’t stop them from going above and beyond for us. Not only did they assist us right up until closing, but they stayed an extra 30 minutes after hours just to make sure I was fully sorted with the perfect suit. They were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to help — even with the time pressure. “My dog Amber has stayed with Shirley several times now and I never have any concerns about leaving her. It’s obvious that Shirley really loves dogs and takes excellent care of Amber whilst we are away - the regular updates of what she’s been up to are lovely (and sometimes very funny!)
