“I have had a mole on my back for years which really bothered me and I thought was so ugly. The NHS would not remove it so I was so glad I found Samantha at Complexshone. She made me feel so comfortable and she was really caring and professional. The treatment room was very clean and Samantha explained the process very clearly to me. She explained she could not remove the mole but she could do a treatment to reduce the mole and after the healing was complete, the mole is virtually gone. I never knew this was possible and I’m so happy with the results and would definitely go back for anything else I need.”

I didn’t know what to expect …but the kindness and expert care shown to the horses and clients is exactly what I hoped.
