“Went to visit Vara Technik to build and complete a conversion in my Mk2 G60 Syncro. Their work and communication was great and the works (from an empty shell to a running car) were carried out was completed within 4 months where other garages were stating approx. 12 months at minimum. Once the build was complete, I had snags which they were happy to complete and rectify. I will be using them again on all my future projects. Couldn't recommend a better team than Vara Technik.”

“I’ve ordered from the folks many many times, I always recommend the food to anyone who wants the best sushi that you can get. The food is immaculate and very well priced, everything is made fresh to order with incredibly high quality ingredients and they will make any alterations you ask for (I like to switch up sauces and I remove all avocado and they’ve never had an issue). I’ve met the owner and his daughter and they are wonderful people so it’s not just great food, it’s money going to great people!!! Making sushi is an art and they have truly mastered it, the rice is always perfectly cooked and seasoned, the meat/fish is always fresh and the perfect temperature, the seaweed is never soggy and they always provide plenty of soy sauce, wasabi and chopsticks. Give these guys your Business, I promise you won’t regret it. To the wonderful owner- thank you so much for always being so sweet and making the most incredible food, you are truly an artist and i wish you and your daughter the best future possible!
