They explained that to would take them about 10 minutes to take out their inspection before taking the car away. I’m sorry but I forgot their names. The car was repaired in a day with feedback every step of the way. The next morning I received a call to say the car was repaired and a very pleasant lady asked what time was suitable for them to return the car. I always find the communication to be faultless whether it's by email or phone, and clear and concise customer service. For economic reasons I declined this extra work, but they accepted that in good faith and did what was required.
