“I can’t thank this salon enough! They managed to fit me in last minute for a colour and cut after I’d had a few disappointing experiences elsewhere, and they completely rescued my hair. From the moment I walked in, the team was so welcoming. They really listened to what I wanted. The colour is exactly what I had been trying (and failing) to get before and the cut has completely transformed my look. So refreshing to go somewhere who genuinely care about their clients. “Had the joy of having Montana styling my hair today. Over approx 80 mins Montana took the time to talk with me about to what degree my hair would allow a copy of the photos I provided of the look I wanted, she showed me each stage of the cut through the back and top layers and sides, we discussed the texture the cut was bringing and how she would achieve this. The whole way through I felt total confidence in Montana's skill. I'm so pleased with the cut. It suits me and suits my hair perfectly. Thank you!”

“Had my hair washed and cut by Montana here; I made a last minute appointment as my son has settling in session in a local nursery. Montana was simply great, very chatty and welcoming. I just got the usual trim and tidy up, which I’m really pleased with. Very reasonable salon with lots of different services, I’ll definitely be back!”

“I love going to Immaculate and originally went for the bio sculpture nails as I was keen to try it. I have now been going for over 6 months and love the treatments I get. Both Mia and Helena are really friendly and chatty and make the experience really enjoyable. Mia is an expert with nails and a real perfectionist. Recently I had a lash lift with Helena and I love it - this may be a new obsession! I would highly recommend. As others have said on a Friday you get a glass of fizz if you need another reason to book!”

“Inara has been grooming our Border Terrier Teddy for the last 4 years & we cannot recommend her enough. Border Terrier’s need to be hand stripped and this is no easy task but the whole experience for Teddy and for us is always such a good one. Inara is so skilled at what she does. She looks after all the doggies as if they are her own pets and grooms to the highest of standards. Highly highly recommend ❤️”

“Taking my partner for a haircut and dye, this being her first time and I must say all staff members made us feel welcomed even myself not being a customer, was very helpful from start to finish. Sophie and Kate where doing my partner hair and kept conversing with her threw every step from cutting to dye. Even to giving us a discount due to not having change, which was icing on the cake. Kate went the extra mile in helping my partner as her leg was broken by supporting her while she was walking as for other staff members who had nothing to do with my partner hair. Would definitely recommend for everyone. 2 negative point Sophie our hairdresser was some what messy and was abit late apart from this 5 star from us.”
