BUT THANKS TO LAURA who spent time and patience on restyling my hair I left Salon 13 feeling on top of the world. I cannot thank her enough, I am so pleased with the result.”

“Had my hair cut after not having any haircuts for over 2 years almost and I was sad to see some length go but it was for the best as split ends will continue to split up the hair shaft and cause breakage to the healthy hair. My hair hasn’t felt this thick and had this much volume in years. Before I went to this hair salon I was convinced my hair was thinning and I was losing hair when I had breaking hair that made it feel thin and weak. I couldn’t recommend how quick and amazing this service is. Would recommend to everyone as my hairdresser has been in the industry for over 20 years and knows exactly what she’s doing. She is amazing and thank you for saving my hair from continuing breakage. ❤️”

“Had a really good experience with Olsi after having my hair get increasingly blonde, damaged, and flat by another local salon when I was actually trying to go back towards my natural, slightly darker colour, so I decided to try here based upon their reviews. He took time to talk me through the highlights I wanted, using a colour chart and ensuring I understood the result and agreed the approach, and didn't feel like part of a production-line high volume generic salon. The result is better than I hoped for and I will definitely be back as Olsi is a true professional and clearly understands not just the immediate outcome but how it will change over the coming weeks. “I’ve been a member since just before Covid and this place kickstarted my love of fitness, to the extent that I’ve now become a qualified instructor myself. I started off with Nancy’s classes and found her so professional- greeting every new participant and learning their name so that you always felt welcomed. I loved her fun approach and inclusivity. Sadly work means I can only do her classes in the school holidays now, but when I do, I leave pump and dance fit on a Thursday morning with a well-needed injection of joy!”

“I’ve been going to Sahar for my brows and lashes for a couple of years now. I took a break when I moved away and my brows/lashes didn’t last as long or look anywhere near as good as when Sahar does them. She is very friendly and knowledgable. I always leave really happy. I would 100% recommend.”

“I have been a customer at Beauty on the Outside for nearly 10 years, so there was no question of who I would choose to have 'prep' me for my wedding day. The team were amazing, closing the salon for an afternoon, giving me and my bridal party a private space to hang out together and have amazing treatments. They also worked with Libboards to have a food spread set out for us to sustain us for the afternoon - making it very fuss free for me. I am an indecisive person, especially when presented with nail colours (lifes hardest decision), add in that these are my wedding nails and I was stumped. Ilona listened to what I wanted and was able to suggest the perfect nail (which lasted several weeks post wedding as well). The salon is a relaxing environment and the team leave you feeling beautiful and positive about yourself. It was the perfect start to the wedding weekend and I couldn't reccomend the salon highly enough for any of your beauty needs.”

“I came across Sandy’s work on Instagram, and although I don’t live very close, I was sold! Sandy really listened to what I wanted, and very carefully analysed my face and advised me on some beneficial treatments. She was the loveliest person ever and has very friendly staff and a clean and cosy place. Sandy offers a variety of services all very fairly priced and worth the quality. I am so happy with my lips and how they look. She was very reassuring and careful and talked me through everything. I am a very happy client and I will definitely be returning for other treatments. Could not recommend Sandy enough! There is some parking outside which is not for free and also a Sainsbury’s for shoppers.”

Was a little embarrassed about the state of my hair since having a baby but felt totally comfortable and at ease after the time was taken to discuss my new look. Couldn’t be happier with my hair now. Lovely shape, not too much off the length but lots of layers. Unlike some hairdressers that tell you it’s dead and needs to be short I left with a lovely look and fully trusted their expert opinion. “Been coming here for a couple of years, love the owner and many of the guys that have been there over that time. However - last couple of times I’ve been there, one of the new guys a couple of weeks ago pressured me into tipping, but when returning today giving the benefit of the doubt another new guy completely blanked me when waiting for my change and took it without me even having a choice. I would advise finding one of the good guys and sticking with them..”
