Sherry was incredibly helpful and patient—he clearly explained the difference between a UK adapter and a universal plug, which really helped me understand what they needed. What I really appreciated was that he didn’t pressure me into making a purchase. Even though I ended up not buying anything (my friend decided to get it locally where they live), Sherry still took the time to offer great customer service, clear advice, and even spoke in the language to my friend over the phone and they understood. “Great Little Irish Pub, best Gunniess in Greenford by far, great for the criac, live music on the weekend. Made to feel at home straight away. Trad session on Mondays, Karaoke on firdays, definitely worth a visit if your near the area.”

“service was awesome. went in with my partner and got seated in a nice place - not crammed between millions of others like some restaurants love to do. great use of space especially considering it wasn’t super busy! We always order through the QR code and the food and drinks came out fast. i didn’t get their name, however, i believe it was either the manager maybe the assistant manager (judging off of the fact they weren’t in uniform but rather in more formal clothes) was super awesome too! they’re currently having a tissue shortage due to stock not arriving. when i asked if we could get any napkins they quickly apologised for them not being there and got slightly different napkins which i assume were for the dispensers out back but great problem solving!”

“Me & my partner stayed here last night as she had an operation & needed to recover before travelling. The staff, especially Andrew the manager, were friendly, accommodating & couldn't do enough for us. This included a free upgrade to a A/C room on the ground floor to reduce noise disturbance, excessive movement & increased comfort. Bed was comfortable, modern shower room & soft lighting made it a pleasant stay, we even were graced with free coffees before we left. Definitely a top pick for an extremely competitive price with great hospitality, will certainly stay again if needed! Thank you!”
