That was the first time we used a cattery and Linda send us daily updates and videos, which helped us to relax on our holiday. We felt at ease the moment we arrived as Linda is very caring and professional. She made the suggestion to swap the scratching post in the room, as one of the kittens chewed already on the carpet after 5 minutes.
