She reassured me through her body language, her approach and professionalism that I was in good hands- I definitely was! Anu remained calm and didn't rush at all when threading my eyebrows. “Longcroft Kenley/Gaby was amazing - her children too! As someone who was extremely nervous to leave her boys while I was away Gaby did an amazing job at making me feel at ease! I was sent daily pictures of them which was so nice/reassuring. The place itself is beautiful & there isn’t a lot of other kitties staying, so Gaby isn’t overly busy & is able to spend quality time with everyone. I will be bringing the boys back next time I go away… this will be there home away from home!”

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that Theresa and Simon are passionate about the care they provide. They are incredibly friendly and accommodating, and they went above and beyond to make sure my cat was comfortable during his stay. The environment is exceptionally clean, and the pens are spacious, giving the cats plenty of room to relax. My cat had a lovely time exploring and resting in his cosy pen. I especially appreciated the large garden area with a beautiful view—what a peaceful setting for the cats to enjoy! Located in a quiet spot, the cattery offers a serene and calm atmosphere, which is perfect for pets who need some downtime. Theresa and Simon even provided me with updates through videos, so I could see how my cat was settling in. It was so reassuring to know he was being well looked after. “Abdul was very quick to respond over WhatsApp and arrived within 24hrs to fix a leaking toilet. British Gas has been out previously but were unable to repair the leak because of the toilet cistern having been siliconed to the wall behind, meaning they couldn’t access the silicone and remove the toilet. Abdul managed to cut the silicon, get the toilet free and make the repair to the pipe. Would certainly use again.”
