“Great furniture store and cafe. We had to return some furniture as we ordered the wrong item our mistake. The return process was easy you just enter a code then go to a till 40 seconds and it was all done. We then headed upstairs to try the cafe, it was breakfast time so that's what we had I tried the £2.99 vegetarian breakfast it was delicious the coffee tasted good also. For the price and quality it without a doubt its a great breakfast stop. Someone on the reviews said on their visit the cafe was dirty, on my visit I found the cafe area spotless and fresh throughout. My appreciation to the cleaning staff thanks. After that we headed through the store again I really enjoyed it I found no faults whatsoever. Disabled access is brilliant throughout. My only concern was all the staff we encountered were very unhappy and non engaging without any exceptions such a shame, perhaps its not a good place to work maybe.”

“I had a fantastic rainy Tuesday sitting in the conservatory of this little gem of an establishment. Decor was beautiful and staff were active, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Not only were they excellent, they genuinely seemed to enjoy the job which created a great atmosphere. I was honestly stunned. It was such a nice homely feel. It was also busy when we arrived. We’d booked a table and our booking time was politely and decoratively written on a small stand at our table (including the time our slot ended) but we didn’t get the impression that we had to rush at all. In fact it was pouring with rain and it got a bit quieter after 1pm so we were welcomed to stay. So we had some tea and cake, which was delicious. Staff were helpful with the menu, I have allergies and there was absolutely none of the panic that unsettled me in some establishments when I mention it. I felt confident about picking food. I was delighted to find they offer turkey bacon and had eggs. I did have to knock off a star for the eggs Benedict. The eggs were between runny and well done and I found the muffin a little dry so it missed some flavour for me, but the coffee was amazing, as was the rose tea I had later. It’s worth adding that the toilet here was one of the nicest smelling I’ve ever been in?! It smelled like strawberries and was super clean, always a massive bonus. Oh and the restaurant is not only dog friendly, but staff are really nice to dogs, it was so cute to see how well a little poodle was treated in there. There was a little comfy bed , a bowl of water, and treats offered to the pooch, which was adorable. I will definitely visit again soon. Great way to spend an afternoon. Definitely book ahead to avoid disappointment!”

“We had an amazing experience at TASQUERIA by SMOQUE! We enjoyed a two-course meal from the lunch menu, which included the seabass dish, a side of fries, churros, and Oreo cheesecake. Everything was absolutely delicious and perfectly prepared. The presentation was on point and aesthetically pleasing. If you’re looking for an authentic Spanish restaurant, look no further. The prices were reasonable, the decor was lovely, and the staff were professional and attentive. The restaurant was clean and spacious, though the ladies/disabled toilet was used for a bit of storage. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience, and I would definitely recommend it. We will be back again with friends! Feel free to adjust any details as needed!”

“Great service and food. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by Leanne, gave me a choice of tables and made me feel welcome. Then Irving my waiter introduced himself , he was friendly , polite and seemed to enjoy his job, went out of his way to make us feel special. The food was excellent, a really lovely evening with a good atmosphere. Must mention Lili who took our payment at the end , they were all really friendly, efficient I will definitely return.”

“Out of all the other wood fired pizzas I have tried. This one by far is the best, due to the simple fact that they use sour dough bread. Cannot be beaten . Amazing service! Pizza served with a smile. Would give a 6 star if available.”

“Had a lovley time on Saturday here unfortunately the kareoke is not on but the landlord played any music we requested and gave us free shots the staff were warm and welcoming and will definitely be going back thanks to all wirking we were truly looked after”

“Top pub in Purley, friendly and busy on a Saturday night - Curry was spot on and the live ska band (perfectly timed as we finished meal) were phenomenal.. Great night had by all. Waitress was also on the ball and came up to us every time drinks got low... 10/10”

“Can't fault Halfords to be honest. They are very reliable and quick with completing jobs. I'm always surprised at how reasonable their prices are and to be fair, I don't think there's really too much of a difference between them and Kwikfit when it comes to general servicing and tyres, BUT Halfords do offer a much greater range of vehicle repairs, parts and consumables. And the one reason why I always choose them is the perks I get from their Motoring Club and the fact that you can spread the cost of repairs and maintenance from 3 months up to a year (depending on your credit status and which plan you choose from the 3 or 4 on offer from Halfords and third party providers that Halfords support for payments). I'm quite pleased with Halfords and for the foreseeable future I guess this bargain hunter is stuck with them... so long as their perks stay good, their work remains infallible and their prices stay right.”

“The merchandising is strait forward and it’s easy to find what you need. Staff are friendly and polite even though sometimes there is so much traffic in the store. Well done to the staff.”

“Definitely my favourite Costa coffee. The staff are so friendly and helpful and things are never too much trouble for them ( unlike the branch on the high street, Brighton road Purley) Food is good and plenty to choose from. Definitely worth a visit.”

“3 months ago I was suffering with Sciatica which affects your nerves in your lower back, buttocks and leg. The GP prescribed pain killers and Physio. Which didn’t help. I decided to try massage and Acupuncture, which reduced the pain and increased my mobility tremendously. I can recommend Herbs & Acupuncture Healthcare not just for my problem, because the staff are very kind and the service is excellent.”

“I love the staff. Most of them are my friends now because they are so friendly and kind. Always a smile and patience beyond measure. I've seen it tested. One guy is annoying to both customers and staff but we all just ignore him mostly. The chicken however is flipping delicious. It's so flavourful. I highly doubt anyone would be disappointed if they try it for themselves. Better than chicken cottage on London rd. Better than KFC by far. Better than that one chicken shop of church street (I'm so sorry to say but it's true). Obviously I like chicken, hot wings in particular so I know what's up. This place is dope.”
