He saw that I had a car seat in my car and went above and beyond to get me a courtesy car that could accomodate the car seat. I really appreciated this as this was something I was previously told (on the phone) that this was not in their control. I was given realistic approximate times of completion and this was followed up with a progress call with Daniel every four days. Picking my car up and dropping the courtesy car off was just as easy.
