“Can not fault the staff or the sofa from SCS! Our sofa arrived yesterday and it's even better than we remember in the store. Michael was a fantastic salesman he knew what he was talking about and was happy to answer all of our questions whilst giving us the time to explore all their sofas. Can not fault the service after we left and decided to change our minds about the colour. We were told 10-12 weeks waiting time and it arrived on the 11th week. All round great service even down to the delivery guys! Thankyou!”

“Bought fence panels from this store and rang the main customer services to deal with problem. Basically they were worse than useless and unhelpful. Went back the this store and the managers could not be more helpful. They saw immediately that the panels were not fit for purpose and refunded. Thank goodness for sensible people.”

Bergamo sofas delivered today to DA11 and the customer service since day 1 has been nothing but amazing and the delivery guys were also extremely polite and pleasant (instead of the usual grumpy guys you would normally expect).
